This place has come a long way. The staff was very friendly and the food was amazing.
2 people were running the store. The cashier was cleaning the dining room and having a fit every time someone pulled in. Was very rude and swore every other 2 or 3 words. The food was hot but the sandwich was meh. The manager finally came back as I was leaving. This is where our customer service is headed. I have done his job before and it is rough. But it is also not fair that he is doing the job of many other people because businesses are not hiring or running skeleton crews.

I ordered a #4 with no condiments, monotone guy on the intercom says, "so plain? Just cheese and bacon." I reply with " and the patty." This guy gave me ONLY THE PATTY! no bread, no cheese, nothing. However, he was generous enough to include a hair on the patty. He also served our fries without gloves.
If you have 30 mins to spare then come here but if you want fast food then just go to McDonald’s. Jesus they really just hire anyone to handle the business.
