this is by far the worst burger king i've ever been to. for one, soon as you walk in the woman at the front with a mole on her lip was very rude, laughing hysterically while we were right in front of her. we ordered a ham and cheese croissant with no egg, she rudely interrupted my boyfriend and told him that was the number 3 - the number three being a ham egg and cheese croissant so she proceeded to ring up that meal and my bf ordered the french toast sticks. when we got our food, i had an egg on my croissant so i sent my bf up to the counter to get it remade. they handed him another croissant which only had one slice of ham on it -folded in half - my bf used to manage several burger kings so i knew this wasn't right. then my bf took a bite of his french toast sticks and they were raw in the middle. i proceeded to go back to the register to ask for a refund when a lady who i assume was the manager on shift asked what was wrong this time, i told her about the ham on the sandwich in which she replied " oh " and didn't say anything when i mentioned the french toast sticks being raw and then asked for us to bring the drink up to the counter which i completely understand but the service here was just so terrible all around. they never apologized & seemed to be more busy with whatever they were talking about rather than giving even decent customer service.

Staff of 3+ could not handle a whopping 3 customers, sat and waited for 10min to have one sandwich order taken, waited 5 more min to have 2nd sandwich order, then waited 10 more min and left before I could be asked to complete my order.

This isn't a knock on the staff or the food - it's that there is no staff. One day I waked in and there were only 2 workers. Another time I walked in and there was only a single worker. You cannot run any restaurant with a total of 1-2 employees. They deserve better. Burger King should be ashamed. It should be shut down until it can be properly staffed. Anyone who visits this particular BK - please be kind to the staff or cognizant of what they go through.

Each time there has been a long wait. A customer before us said she had been waiting 20 minutes for her food. A few vehicles left the drive thru area without ordering due to the wait. Only seem to have a couple workers and different workers at times. The food was excellent. They did have to correct our order as they made a mistake. The workers were trying to do their best with the staff they had working.

Great service fresh food delicious clean restaurant bathrooms was clean and out side was clean I will be back and worker's was working hard and the GM of this store keep up your hard work you got this no matter what anyone says your a great hard worker keep up the great work this store has came up along way from when I last visit last year I will be back great manager skills and great GM at this restaurant don't let her go any where she is the best you ever had in this restaurant!!! Mess up my order. Failed to orovide a receipt for my order after staing my receipt was in the bag. Called them once I got home spoke with management. Management wrote my name in there book and stated I could pick up my order another day according to Jerome and employee. My order was placed on Nov. 6th 2023. The General Manager and Supervisor on Nov. 10th refused to correct there mistake when I returned to the drive thru and were disrespectful and rude. Rather than stoop to there level. I pulled into the parking lot and filed a formal complaint online with there corporate office. I would never go back to this Burker King to unprofessional.Dr. Hunter Sr. J. D.
