The last couple of years, this location has gone way downhill. One time I drove through the drive-thru they were out of buns. Seriously, out of buns. Second time I came through the drive-thru, more recently, I ordered, the lady at the window said to pull around and park that my food would be out shortly. 10 minutes later, I went inside, and I heard the manager giving attitude to the pregnant woman working from the window when the pregnant woman tried to tell the manager where the food was supposed to go. At that moment, I walked up to the counter, and I said, oh, that might be mine. The lady looked at me, looked at where I was parked and immediately started to give me an attitude stating, I was parked in the wrong place. I responded with all I wanted to do was come in and get my food. I never raised my voice or acted upset in anyway and I parked where I was told to, then I turned around and walked out. Tonight I drove through the drive-thru and ordered an original chicken sandwich, add cheese, tomato and pickle. They stated they were out of pickle, oh no best part. She said she was sorry, I said no big deal, I'll still take the sandwich, add tomato and cheese. When I got home, no tomato, no cheese. And I had two tops, no bottom for my sandwich. This place just needs to give up and shut down!!!!

Use to be a nicer burger king .. now its ran over with teenage trouble .. went tonight 8/25/2025 for Four simple double cheeseburgers .. & they still messed it up .. all 3 regular burger WERENT REGULAR .. left out a whole sandwich & when I tried to call 4 times they wont pick up.. Not to mention they (staff) was in there fighting with each other ..

Used to be a good stop now every single time they make the food wrong and you can hear them fight that they made it right in the kitchen as a former burger king manager when it says off the broiler its made fresh not thrown in a microwave that's disgraceful and no 0 communication just arguing when something is needed 100 percent not coming back to this site I'll drive further out when I decide to try to order from a burger king its sad how much burger king has fallen

visited this Burger King at 10:28 AM, trying to order a regular burger. Unfortunately, I was told breakfast didn’t end until 10:30, and the employee refused to take my order. I tried to explain, but she was extremely rude and unhelpful, which made the experience very frustrating. I ended up leaving without being served. The service felt unprofessional, and it seemed like the staff weren’t willing to accommodate customers at all. Definitely disappointing.

Super bad experience on this site. Unfortunately, they have SO LAZY people working there. I placed an order for the app, and when my husband pick it up they told him that the order had been pick it up by someone else. IT WAS ONLY 5 MINUTES GOING BY... Who explains that to me? As soon as he said it was for his wife, the shameful face of the nasty girl was inevitable. Besides, I add EXTRA cheese and bacon and they didn't add it, but they obviously charged it on my card right away. However, the drink was practically flavoring water. How unpleasant a place. They should get people who love their job, who like to work and are not lazy. If I could give a lower rating, it would be incredible, but unfortunately there is no less than this.

This was the most positive restaurant I've ever been to. Thru my years I've been to high end restaurants to some of the 'one star' restaurants and the employees at this Burger King were the most polite, and upbeat I have ever seen. They made us feel welcomed and we'll, happy. Everyone that spoke to us were extremely kind and not in a patronizing way. Both my wife and I were very impressed. We will definitely be coming back here.
Yes, I arrived at Burger King at 12:25 PM. The general manager Otis Brown was being very negative twice as employees that been there for over 30 years. They are very good what they do they came one came up front took care of the customers checked them out and it was done. We don’t need that type of negative impact on the workers is a reason why they there for 30 years. I don’t improve the how he came across his his worker I do not approve of the Alao talk. He was doing to his coworker since he’s a general manager Saturday, June 28, 2025.

The Men's bathroom was a mess and if any single father had to change his child's changing table was unsanitary to change any diaper ... the sink & mirror and urinal was 🤧🤢 even the rest of the floor was urine on the side where it splashes and the deodorizer thingy was missing / not been replaced during my recent visit to my favorite place to get away from the stress of traffic ... stay blessed amen

So I did the trio meal my whopper was super sloppy with no napkins in the bag and their drink machine must be broken cus I wanted hi c I was told there wasn't none so I tried to get a root beer idk what it taste like but it ain't root beer very nasty i just want to add normally I have an amazing experience here just not today

This location is above and beyond what it used to be. Orders are made prompt with no more then an average wait time. Food is fresh, and it is hot even by the time I get home.
