I went through the drive thru today (12/5) around 1:35pm and service was very slow. There was just one car in front of me. An older Black man was at the window when I pulled around. He blamed the car on front of me for the slow service, also stating that he needed to get caught up. He took my card and quickly handed me my food. I checked my bag and my onion rings were missing. He had already closed the window and was preparing the next order. He opened the window and I told him about my missing food. He eventually came back to my window with the food, the bag was folded closed. Before he rushed off and closed the window again, I asked for onion ring sauce. He said it was in the bag. Just as I started driving off, he said, "you need to check your bag before asking, right?" I was just shocked at how rude that was. I had already been in the drive thru waiting for over 15 minutes. Then my order was wrong. Then I got chastised for not checking my bag before asking for sauce, though my order had already been wrong. He was just rude. My onion rings weren't cripsy. I also didn't receive a receipt. Overall, it wasn't a good experience.

I like this place it has its ups and downs but it’s not a bad fast food joint compared to the area. The worst part about this place is the automated speaker when they’re closed. It’s the absolute most horrific, dystopian, idiocracy style sound I have ever heard.

Had a small order which I did online, the main thing being some chicken fires. Received no call or warning when I arrived they said they were out of chicken fries. They offered to replace them with mozzarella sticks which we did. They burnt the mozzarella sticks... We also got a frozen coke. It's had a bad funny taste to it and didnt even taste of coke. This burger has only gotten worse and worse over the years. I had hoped since it's been months since I had been it had gotten better. I was sadly mistaken. I do not recommend getting anything from this location even if your lucky and they even have it available. It will be a waste of money.

Nasty place the management and staff are awful. I watched the staff make fun of a man with a disability not funny . I was so applauded!!! The food not good and they do not know how to do anything with coupons or Whopper Wednesday . This place is terrible. Praying they close!!’

ONE STAR ! I was told this is the new Southside but this is THE OLD SOUTHSIDE BUT WORSE i am absolutely livid. AND in the lobby there's a bunch of LEAKS IN THE CEILING! DISGUSTING! I heard the workers back there YELLING AND IT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL! I will NOT be going back there. Horrible!

I ordered the fiery menu on the app and when I got to the store they told me BK had ended the promotion and didn't have anything I had ordered except for the kids meal. Except that was a lie and the promotion is still active. I was unable to get my food from this location and will now have to wait for customer service to contact me for any support... 10/10 do not recommend this location if you are hungry and in jacksonville!
