Nearly every time I come to this location, I pull into the drive through only to be told. We won't be able to take your order for ten to twenty minutes. No reason is given. But there are always several employees outside smoking.. This location new management

There were no booster of high chairs for the children. Playground wasn't open. It was so delicious though. My whopper was fresh.

The worst fast food experience I have ever had. We had just finished our grocery shopping and decided to grab something on the way home. We chose the wrong place. The line was about 5 cars long and it seemed to take forever to get to the intercom. We finally made it and understood why. We ordered 2 combos and a shake. It took 10 minutes to order this while being asked to hold on between each item we ordered. That should have been our cue to leave but we didn't. We got to the window where they took payment and handed us out the drinks for our combos. Then we waited. Twice they came to the window and asked what we were waiting for. At this point our baby had had enough with us not moving and started screaming. Then they brought the shake and asked us to pull forward. We waited again baby still screaming. I finally got out and went in and they handed me one sandwich at the counter. I asked for the rest of the food. To which I was again asked what we ordered. What was supposed to be a quick stop was a 40 minute mistake. And to top it off we got home, put the groceries away and took care of our baby, then finally sat down to enjoy our food to find that none of it was right. The only thing they got right was the drinks for the combos. The sandwiches, the shake, and even the fries were wrong.

They were short staffed so our online order was not ready. We were asked to park at a window and they would bring it out. They never did and we had to go in to retrieve it. Ended up sitting for 30 mins total for our order. Once home, found that my sandwich was the wrong one. I ordered a whopper with cheese, no onion, add mustard. I instead got this weird textured BBQ paste and fried onions instead.

11:44 is the time staff was actively outside smoking when I pulled in, locked door and proceeded to ignore me, semi block any entry into the drive-through. Absolutely unprofessional and outright childish.
* update 1155 they finally acknowledged me after I drove in through the wrong way and beeped at the window. They lied and said someone has picked up my order knowing damn well they are just trying to leave at 12, so they aint tryna make anything else.

They scammed me. They told me to order through the app to get the dragon box and thru never even had it. Also, they lied to me and didn't give me the ice cream when they machine was never brokwn.

I dropped by this location on my way to a friend's and used their mobile app for pickup. I order the fiery whopper, fiery cheese sticks, the candy sundae, I also ordered the whopper junior meal with an extra sandwich, Fry's, and a drink, and one Hershey pie. I requested all my sandwiches with no onions. They all had onions on it. Luckily I'm not allergic, I just don't like them. The sundae was basically a melted shake with very little candy pieces or fudge, and I somehow got a 5 piece nuggets that I didn't order. I also ordered my drink to be Mello yellow and I was given sprite. Wait time for two people ahead of me was long, 10-15 mins. The drive thru lady was friendly but was about to give out the wrong order till I mentioned I was the mobile order. I wouldn't recommend this location

I went thru the drive thru so I can’t comment much about appearance but when I got up to the speaker I was lost as I haven’t eaten at a BK in at least a year or more. The cashier was patient with me and got her manager to explain one of the meals for me to better understand. (Duo and trio meals). She was sweet and kind and when I went to pay I asked if I can get crowns for my kids even though I didn’t order a kids meal. She said how many kids and proceeded to give me 3 for my babies. When i received my meal it was hot and the cashier asked if I would please check real quick to make sure everything was in there, which it was! This surprised me a lot considering fast food places are so quick to get you out. Thank you for making me smile BK on Main Street! Keep up the good work!

this is by far the worst experience i have had. i made a visit on 5/21/25 at around 6pm, the kids working there have no manners or customer service skills! the food was cold and poorly prepared! not to mention i had to wait at the first window before being instructed to move to the 2nd window after 5+ mins of waiting.
