If I could give 0 stars, I would. The employee at the drive thru was very rude, and made us to feel rushed to order. We actually didn’t end up getting in orders for everyone in our party because of it. At the window, we asked for a cup of water, and she didn’t seem too happy about our extra request (and we never got it). We were told to pull around to the other side of the building and that she’d bring out the food. We thought that meant it would be hot and fresh, but it was not. We took a bite of the chicken fries and they were completely stale and old. We literally had to spit them out!! Can’t remember the last time I had to spit out food, but it was atrocious… We ended up throwing out our entire order and going to another restaurant to get lunch.

Sat at drive-thru for 5 minutes, and nobody acknowledged my presence. Walked inside to place my order, and there were only 2 people working. I don't think the CR 210 Burger King will stay in business much longer, which is really sad

My whopper bun was so stale the top was crunchy the bottom bun was just hard. My lettuce was all brown. My drink was suppose to be orange Fanta. I could only tell you it tasted like water with a color in it. The people making this had to see this! I will never eat here again.

The worst Burger King I’ve ever been too. No one says anything at the order board and acts closed when they’re open for few hours till closing. This was when they were not busy. Don’t waste your time or money.

This place is depressing. The food was bearly warm. Onion rings tasted like nasty old oil. Floors are disgraceful disgusting. The two employees were nice enough. Soda machines look 20 years old and the buttons are destroyed. Of course out of the soda we wanted. Don't even go in the bathroom. Disgusting facility. Don't know how they stay in business. Should have known when we were the only ones there for the time it took to eat. Sad. Very sad. Don't go here.

The fact that they wrote here that they do not have enough staff is not true. But we were lucky and the guy was quick, even though he was alone at the reception, at the checkout, and at the checkout.

We had an amazing experience with a Burger King employee that needs to be recognized for his professionalism.Huge shout out to Justis, you are definitely an asset to the Burger King team!Thank you for taking the time to make customers feel heard and getting the order perfect for us. This is by far the worst BK I've ever been to. It's understaffed and they're always running out of things. The last time I went there, I sat behind someone in the drive thru line for a few minutes, when I realized that no one was helping them, and they drove off. I moved up to place my order, but no one said anything. I tried to get their attention, but nothing. I just drove off and vouched never to return to this place. Burger King Corporate should shut them down.

Took 2 minutes before I could order (I was the only customer)Mat in front of soda machine extremely sticky, seems to have about a decade of soda in it, doesn't look to have ever been cleaned.Dirty tables, fries were ok, chicken fries were awful.Only redeeming quality was the playground, which was pretty big.

Only because you can't give ZERO stars. If you have 30 minutes to kill I highly recommend their drive thru. It'll take every bit of 30 minutes to get your hamburger and it's highly likely it'll still be messed up then too. They seem to be scraping the bottom of the fast food to help barrel to find someone to work here. If the service were any slower the food would be expired by the time you get it. And I use service in the loosest sense of the word. They have no manners no personality and still can't get your order right for $15 an hour.

Welp. Came here at 1:20pm. I've been standing inside for almost 15 minutes at the front of the line to order. Literally shut this place down it's trash.

Cause I can't give zero stars.I understand that places are understaffed and wait times are longer but there is no excuse to ignore the ONLY customer. And this is not the first time this has happened but I promise it'll be the last.At in the drive thru for several minutes before pulling up to the window... not a person in sight so I parked and walked into the dining room. Heard someone in the back say there was someone up front and still no one emerged. But there was an employee sitting at a table who walked into the back and also ignored me. ? ? ?
