I had an online order, but when I pulled up they forgot some items. The burgers were cold when we ate them, and so were the fries. They did not listen to details about any pickles or mustard on the burger.

Don't go during lunch if you're in a hurry. Put a sign on the drive thru explaining that you're short staffed and it'll be a longer wait than usual or go inside for subpar faster service instead of letting people wait 10 minutes just to tell you that they placed a mobile order... that's cold by the time its received. I'll never visit this location again.

We just moved to this area a week ago. We ordered on Saturday, VERY little was correct about order. We ordered no ketchup on whopper jr- got ketchup. Ordered honey mustard for chkn fries- no honey mustard. Ordered one whopper jr , no lettuce- you guessed it, lettuce. No zesty dip for my onion rings . AND we got a cheeseburger we didn't order but the dogs enjoyed... There are waaaay to many choices for this BK to be this bad.

Stopped on the road to get a bite to eat. I was very disappointed we waited for cold food, never had this experience before. It's ashame how out of town customers get served.

Asked for a double whopper with cheese...not only did I not get any cheese, but the sandwich had no toppings or condiments. Took 15 minutes in the drive thru also with only myself and one other vehicle...just a bad visit all around.

I just can’t believe I experienced this at an American restaurant. I walk in with mild traffic in the drive-through and the person who appears to be the manager is running around screaming with her head cut off. I stood at the front of the register for about 10 minutes nobody even bothered to look in my direction. It’s like they didn’t want my money. I will never be coming to this Burger King ever again it’s a complete waste of time. You would think that they only served drive-through. Whoever is the manager needs to be looked into for poorly handling business as myself, and at least one other customer walked out of the restaurant without even being talked to.

The lady running the register today around noon was wonderful. I waited in drive thru to be told to come inside where I waited again. I waited a total of 35 mins for my order that ordered online ahead of time. I was frustrated. She turned my day around though,she was so sweet. My order was still incorrect lol but,I made it back to work on time. She gets 5 stars. The rest was BOO!

The worst burger King I've ever been to in my life. My food was made, cashier was rude.
If I could give zero stars I would. I used DoorDash for delivery service and my food was over an hour late and missing 85% of the items ordered. I ordered a king jr meal and only received the nuggets, I also ordered an impossible whopper meal and just received the whopper. Lastly I ordered a chicken nugget meal and cheeseburger and only received the nuggets and drink. The overall experience was horrendous. I will never order from this location again. The only positive is DoorDash gave me a full refund.

Had my wife stop to get dinner I ordered online she didn't check the bag until she got home and realized they didn't give us the kids meal or my chicken fries or small fries, ordered wooper meals that both were wrong. Wife went back and they called her a liar and claimed they looked at the cameras and seen they put all of the food in the bag and the burgers were right but clearly weren't
