Went threw the drive threw they told me pull to the parking lot I waited 20min for my food outside went inside and waited another 5min as they was serving people threw the drive threw literally the same thing I was waiting on! Highly dissatisfied plus is they gave me extra mozzarella sticks and they was apologizing and was not rude bout me being upset they handled the situation pleasantly!

Order thru door dasher. Ordered several items... 2 whoppers w/cheese & frozen cotton candy not delivered with order. Customer service would not replace. Wanted me to reorder. Will see the manager tomorrow with my receipt in hand. Meanwhile, I'm cooking supper tonight. Always have been a BK lover over the others. No more, never again!

One of the best food best service, quality of food was phenomenal. Everything was cooked perfectly. I can honestly not recall the last time that I have enjoyed a meal this much. And my family is here eating with my as well. And a 100% agree. 9pm at 8/21/25 . If you haven't told the people that work with you what a good job they're doing you would have to just be blind it was completely wonderful, and me and my family will be coming back. Please thank all the staff for me for what a wonderful meal that they served my family and I

Theres NOTHING fast about this fast food restaurant. No one working behind the counter has any sense of urgency, not even the manager. SEVEN people were waiting in the lobby 20 minutes ago, and they were still waiting on their food when we left. SHAME ON THE OWNERS FOR ALLOWING THIS TO GO ON!!!

Sat In Drive thru speaker for 5 mins with no customers ahead of me and no customers in lobby. Drive up to window and sat there for another 5 mins for some lady to come to the window to tell me to order inside, mind u they have zero customers. 6:50 pm on a Monday not a customer in sight. I had an online order, but when I pulled up they forgot some items. The burgers were cold when we ate them, and so were the fries. They did not listen to details about any pickles or mustard on the burger.

Don't go during lunch if you're in a hurry. Put a sign on the drive thru explaining that you're short staffed and it'll be a longer wait than usual or go inside for subpar faster service instead of letting people wait 10 minutes just to tell you that they placed a mobile order... that's cold by the time its received. I'll never visit this location again.

We just moved to this area a week ago. We ordered on Saturday, VERY little was correct about order. We ordered no ketchup on whopper jr- got ketchup. Ordered honey mustard for chkn fries- no honey mustard. Ordered one whopper jr , no lettuce- you guessed it, lettuce. No zesty dip for my onion rings . AND we got a cheeseburger we didn't order but the dogs enjoyed... There are waaaay to many choices for this BK to be this bad.
