One of the worst experiences at a fast food restaurant. Placed an order through the app. Came through the drive through where I sat for about 5 minutes. Lady at the window told me to pull forward while they finish getting my food ready, not a problem that’s pretty normal. Pull forward and sit for almost 20 minutes before I decide to go inside and check on my food. Come inside and they haven’t even started making my food, wait another 5-7 minutes and get a nasty attitude like how dare I be upset about waiting 30 minutes for my fast food order. I ordered 2 whopper meals and a kids meal, no reason it should have taken so long. Food was made very sloppy and tasted off. Will NOT be going back again.

Went threw the drive threw they told me pull to the parking lot I waited 20min for my food outside went inside and waited another 5min as they was serving people threw the drive threw literally the same thing I was waiting on! Highly dissatisfied plus is they gave me extra mozzarella sticks and they was apologizing and was not rude bout me being upset they handled the situation pleasantly!

Order thru door dasher. Ordered several items... 2 whoppers w/cheese & frozen cotton candy not delivered with order. Customer service would not replace. Wanted me to reorder. Will see the manager tomorrow with my receipt in hand. Meanwhile, I'm cooking supper tonight. Always have been a BK lover over the others. No more, never again!

Sat at the drive-thru speaker for 5 minutes with no reply so I pulled around to the window and noticed the employees just sitting around talking.
Apparently they close an hour early without saying anything to anyone and don't even look at you when you come up to the window

One of the best food best service, quality of food was phenomenal. Everything was cooked perfectly. I can honestly not recall the last time that I have enjoyed a meal this much. And my family is here eating with my as well. And a 100% agree. 9pm at 8/21/25 . If you haven't told the people that work with you what a good job they're doing you would have to just be blind it was completely wonderful, and me and my family will be coming back. Please thank all the staff for me for what a wonderful meal that they served my family and I
