No large cups, so had to get a small, even though we paid for a large meal....and the fries were cold when my burger was fresh.....jeez....I hate paying for food when it's not even right. My hubby was driving or I would have went right in and demanded fresh fries. .Do better!!

Thankful to have a BK nearby especially since its a childhood favorite that always brings back a bit of nostalgia. From the first time visiting this location the staff is always so upbeat so on point in keeping together and just knocking out orders. I've rarely ever waited even during lunch rush. I understand many may think I'm overthinking it, but I truly appreciate and respect when anyone working FF and can still have a smile through their busy day. 10/10 will continue to go to this location.

I previously stopped coming to this Burger King location due to consistently poor customer service, and I wasn’t alone—many reviews echoed the same experience. However, I decided to give it another shot last week and was pleasantly surprised. I noticed a lot of new faces with much better attitudes, and this morning’s visit really stood out as a very positive experience. Most people start their day with breakfast, and a friendly, efficient interaction makes a big difference. I want to sincerely thank the staff for the improved service and let you know your efforts have not gone unnoticed. If I can speak up when things go wrong, it’s only right to give praise when things go right. Blessings to the team—keep up the great work!

It's hit or miss on any given day. the guys having an okay attitude, the women attitude is to be expected... ugh 🥱. I've only encountered one positive attitude. I'm not sure of her name but it's a white lady who does drive thru usually morning /afternoon weekdays. I'm sure you know who you are but thank you for having enough grace these days to extend service with a smile I know it's not easy. 😌
