Ordered 3sausage and cheese croissants and 1sausage egg and cheese 2french toast and a large hash brown received 1egg croissant and 3bacon egg and cheese, tried to get them to make it right and was given 3sausage and cheese,if you can't practice listen before you talk get out the window especially sad that this was a manager,this is what represents you and what I received represented her just sad

I liked the service, they are very friendly, but the image, that is, the first impression when entering the place is not very pleasant, it lacks the shine and cleanliness of other Burger Kings that I have visited. It gave me the impression of being in a poor country.

Terrible service, a disappointment. I ordered a Combo Mealt and a family combo. I asked for extra vegetables and other things in one of the combos and they didn't put anything I asked for. They didn't even give me the Soda. And yet they have the nerve to charge for the service. And don't even mention the Delivery, they left my order lost at the door of the building and they didn't even bother to call me

The people that work in here are great! The food is always good. It's made just how I order it. However, I guess they're short-handed a little bit, because every time I go in there most all of the tables are dirty. I bring it to one of the young ladies attention, and she comes out there and cleans them all. While she's cleaning the tables, they are hollering for her to hurry up and get back here and help make these hamburgers. Hire someone to just keep the lobby clean!
The just always suck. And think they are better than everyone. Stak away. Lol

I hadn't had BK in a while. The cheesey tots have the worst cheese you could imagine, and my flame-broiled double cheeseburger was off. I'm going back to What-A-Burger or Wawa. Their burgers are better now.

Placed a mobile order in hopes it would be done on time. I place the order at 5:15 and ask for it to be done at 5:55. When I got there at 6:05, the order was not done... It was finally finished at 6:25. When I got home and was handing out the food, we were still missing a burger! ??
Had a mobile order half of the food. I ordered was missing, no customers and take for ever to give you the order and on top of that they dont give you half of the things you paid for, who is in charge of this location? What a mess and horrible service

I don't recommend it at all, we ordered online and what arrived had nothing to do with what we had ordered, we ordered some shakes and they called us saying that they didn't have them, that if we wanted to change and we said no, that they would cancel our drinks, so They did it but they never returned the money, we spent 50 dollars for an incomplete order that had nothing to do with the initial order, terrible service, how unpleasant that things like this happen, I repeat, I do not recommend it at all
