I've given this place a shot 3 times. Everytime I'm disappointed. The wait is just absolutely ridiculous everytime. Paying for food then having you move ahead and wait to not count against there drive thru time. Wait 10mins. Somehow still miss food.

First time at this location. All we wanted was a 12pc chicken fry and a large onion ring. It started with, "we have no change today". We were there between 12:30-1:30p today. Once we placed our order, they were quick to take my money and then made us pull forward and wait 15-20 minutes for the two items we requested. The chicken fries were tore up all folded into the package. The onion rings were undercooked, but hot atleast. I would tell you who the drive-through was and how long it took to get food, but i was not given a receipt. When I asked if one was available, I was told no. Thanks for the reminder that I should not go to BurgerKing. Very disappointing. Your employee was miserable. Why be there if you hate it. Just quit.

The food is made fresh to order and is served promptly. The staff is friendly and very attentive. Management is solid and leads their team well, as well as not being afraid to be hands-on when it comes to work and customer satisfaction. The remodel is nice as well.

You’ll waste your time over and over attempting to understand how this place is still in business.The managers behind the counter are clueless as how to run a restaurant. Burger King corporate should do a full over haul in this place.Trash people, trash place, trash food.

There’s a new manager, he is an absolute terror. Mocked and laughed at my stutter. When an employee kindly asked me to pull forward so they can bring my food out to me when it’s ready, he demanded the employee to not attend to me. I seriously thought he was joking and waited almost 10 minutes before I realized there were no other customers. The manager forced me to come inside even though my online order was selected to be picked up in drive-thru. My food was cold. I asked if this was a new rule for orders through the app, he insisted it was NOT, even though I picked up something from the BK app just a few days ago. I told him the last time I tried to pick up an online order inside I had to wait around forever, and was told it was because I didn’t go through the drive-thru. He laughed at me and told me I was a liar. I then asked for a small cup of water with my meal, as I do every time I go there, and this man was going to charge me $1. Weirdly aggressive and I could tell his employees were afraid of him. Poor kids.

The Whopper was good but I wish they would pick out the brown lettuce and not put on the sandwich That's my only complaint but puts the idea of the freshness of the food while eating.

The last five or six times me and my husband have stopped by this location we've seen staff inside and recieved absolute radio silence. Not even a sorry we're closed, or a be right with you. We'll try our luck at another location otherwise the great BK may no longer an option for us.
