Then was told it was a shift change.. got upset when asked why we had to come inside to use a coupon ... he had the audacity to say "Bruh i know you ain't that damn hungry! Costumer service has gone down the drain.. just sad.

Everybody was just standing there looking at me as I'm trying to make an order they are standing around looking at me while they are on the phone talking to one of their little friends. Not doing their job so they are getting paid to just be on their phones a I want some of that free money too so I'm going to fill out the application and let everybody know that Burger King is giving out free money like the government

Drive thru service is horribly long wait time. Food was literally ice cold and I asked if the straw was in the bag, was told it was, got home, no straw. Didn't ask what type of condiments for my onion rings. Unprofessional.
