Horrible, horrible, horrible. Ordered food to go around 8 PM and I picked it up and got home and it was oily, soggy, the patty looks like it was sitting there for 30 minutes and everything was so bad that I had threw everything away. The night crew was just fooling around and there was nobody in the store, so there was no reason why my food should be bad. I can’t believe the quality of food that I picked up from this restaurant chain, the quality just gotten so bad and I would rather make burgers at home. I’ve had better burgers at Shake Shake and McDonald’s. What a shame, management needs to step up here. I demand a refund. I also called and left a voicemail to the store.

My wife and I ordered delivery and got 2 burgers, 2 cx sliders and we split a order of fries. The fries were disgusting! They were recooked and so salty you couldn't eat 1. If management allows their fry cook's to re fry anything rather than just cooking a new basket then I want nothing to do with any bugerFi! You go to BurgerFi to have a better experience opposed to Wendy's or McDonald's and I got slop and burnt frys because a fry cook was too lazy to cook a new basket. Especially at the prices of BurgerFi and still smh... I've had enough with lazy employees and it seems to everywhere these day. Once again I blame management because it starts and stops there!

The food was very expensive. The fries came cold and old, the lettuce in the salad bowl was yellow and old. ALL the beer was empty. No apple juice that I ordered for my son. Pepper but no salt. No music or TV on. Just kids playing on cell phone. Opted for the Angie burger, cost 20$ and it tasted terrible and burned. Table floors and windows all dirty. The bathroom was disgusting. Best part of experience was leaving.

First time I've tried in this location and first time I had this chain in 6+ years. It's a much better experience with the food since I was not impressed with the taste back then.

Aside from the no straws for the drinks, solid burger, would try again.

Do you love being ignored? This is the place for you. Spent several minutes “next” in line (nobody in front of us) to never be acknowledged by the young lady working the cash register. I understand she was packing orders but if you can’t multitask greeting a customer and packing, I would suggest a different job. We turned around and left without a word.

Management needs a major change here. Only nice thing i can say is that the staff is friendly. The entire soda machine is empty, except for ginger ale and root beer. Burgers felt like a rock with barely any flavor. A quarter of fries were burnt little pieces. Should've just gone to McDonald's instead of burger Fi.

Came to this BurgerFi for a quick lunch. After waiting on our food for 45 minutes, we asked where our food was and was told they hoped they could get it to us in another 40 minutes. We left without food and will not be returning.

It is currently 7:50pm and we were going to walk in, but the doors were locked and a lady came to unlock the door. She asked if we are picking up a to-go order as they are only accepting take-out orders. We just wanted to sit down and eat a burger. We will not be coming back. That’s more than 2 hours before they are supposed to close. Get employees that want to work until closing time.

Thank you Kamari for your EXCELLENT customer service!
I have been to this location several times now, and have had great experiences each time.
The food was delicious & the portions were good.
Regarding customer service, Kamari is the best! He's positive, upbeat & very friendly. He even made a recommendation about trying the strawberry custard shake, which I never would've tried if he hadn't mentioned it. Now it's my favorite shake there. He should be running the location (if he isn't already).
I will DEFINITELY be returning to this location again & again. See you guys soon!
