Rarely do I write I the a review: however, I was so disappointed with the food. My fries were old; no tea was available; no ice in either machine and an item from my order was missing. After I returned to the restaurant, the cashier was accommodating, and gave me my missing order. My order as almost $30 dollars. Eating out is not an everyday or every week occurrence for me. Burger Fi needs to do better.

As someone traveling out of town for work and on a time crunch.. this place was closest to me at the time. So they didn’t have any drinks or Ice available which is absurd for a restaurant which would explain all the upset customers, however the cashier Jamey or jameise I think was her name.. she handled her very professional. She is the only reason i give this place 5 stars. She made sure my food was correct and that i had everything I needed.

Not what I expected. The place smelled stale and felt grimy. The meal (burger bowl) was weak. The patty was very small. We had to go back and order another burger. They let us order fountain sodas even though the machines were clearly broken. We let them know about the machines and they had to give us bottled sodas, which were warm. Even after we ordered they continued to sell the fountain soda option to other patrons. Burgerfi was very disappointing. The employees looked like they wish they were anywhere but here. Won’t be coming back.

I don’t typically leave reviews but this meal was so bad I feel obligated share. My family and I spent $60 on burnt fries, mediocre cheeseburgers and fountain drinks that had no ice. Both ice machines were out of ice and when we asked the staff they told us that they had been out for several days. Although there was no signage and no one shares that information before you purchase a drink. We had 4 orders of fries and all of them were burnt and soggy. I’m not even sure how that is possible. The restaurant itself is nice and new but it’s dirty and the quality is really disappointing. Should have read the other reviews before we went and saved the trip.

We ordered two cheese burgers, wife a single mine a double. They are bad burgers. First one little piece of wilted lettuce and tomato was non existent. Ordered onion rings also. My family and I use to love this place but tonight was terrible. I ordered online for 2 kids cheeseburger with ketchup on both and one with lettuce and tomato. Both kids meals were just plain. My husband ordered a grilled chicken bowl and got a plain hamburger instead. I ordered the keto burger and the only this it came with was mustard and ketchup. I spent 50 dollars on food that was worse than McDonald’s. When I went to pick up my order it wasn’t ready which was fine but the register person was the only one working the register, handing out orders, prepping the to go orders and doing the desserts. They were completely under staffed for a busy Saturday night so no wonder my food order was wrong. Terrible management of this place that use to be great.
