11/29/2025 Last night our family visited BrigerFi Riverside in Jacksonville, FL — two adults and two kids. As soon as we walked in, a young employee started yelling at us, saying they were not serving food anymore because they were “short of staff.” Everyone already sitting inside looked shocked at how she spoke to us. We left feeling very disappointed. Young workers today really need better manners, professionalism, and basic customer service etiquette. Be aware: this place is short-staffed, and you may end up getting yelled at instead of greeted.

I had a terrible experience at this BurgerFi At this location My order was made completely wrong, and the food itself was awful. The soda machines had no ice and were out of several drinks. The restaurant was dirty and clearly not being maintained. To make things worse, employees were walking outside and leaving their duties behind. Overall, I’m very disappointed — definitely not the quality or service I expected from BurgerFi.

The staff greeted me as I entered. The bacon cheeseburger was delicious with a generous beef patty. The fries had a weird hint of sweetness and not much Cajun seasoning, but the burger makes up for it.

Burger Fi was awesome! The employees greeted us and were friendly. We ordered the Waygu Eco burger, Bacon cheeseburger, Rodeo burger, chicken sliders, onion rings, and truffle fries. The food was delivered to our table and did not disappoint. Everything tasted delicious and was cooked perfectly. Burger Fi is a little pricey, but they made it worth it.

Food was alright but the girl who works the front counter with the greasy glasses and red braids has a bad attitude wasn’t welcoming at all and had an issue with me using my rewards as if it’s not advertised all over the store. Girl bye.

I’m very surprised at the 4+ star review. This place was terrible. It was very hot inside so we ate outside. May be a temporary A/C issue but it was unbearably hot just trying to order. The place is filthy. Doors and tables appear to never be washed. The food was not good. The fries were especially bad. No one ate them. Spending $100 for my family was an awful waste of money.
The one saving grace was the kind and professional employee.

This was our first visit to this place it was a very nice atmosphere and the people was very friendly but it was only 1 customer there which is normally a red flag especially around lunch time but i figure maybe they do mostly door dash or something so we ordered the bacon 🥓 cheese burger fry and drink 2 orders it came to 45 dollars with a 10% tip i thought that was very high for 2 cheese burgers but I wanted to try them and once I received my food I understood why no one was there our burgers wasn't fresh the bacon was burnt and in pieces the fries looked old and greasy like they re- dipped them in grease to heat them up the drink was a child size drink i didn't enjoy any of it and neither did my wife we just wrote it off as a lesson learned i should have just stopped and got burger King like she wanted but I wanted to try something different I guess I know now lol now this was our experience yours maybe better
