Great location for the whole family .. I had my birthday party here .. jenn was super nice .. my server was great .. had nachos and a nice taco . At on the rooftop .. 8 of us it was fun kids happy mother Chaka was slappin her hips at the music

This is my go to for a well prepared lunch and also our weekly meeting from the office. Jennifer has always been so helpful when it comes to accommodations and my son also takes his girlfriend for their Friday night DJ. Highly recommend great food and drinks .. excellent service. Check their live music schedule.. great rooftop ..live music up there some Sundays on the roof .. great live band

Food was delicious. Jordan was a delight behind the bar. Service was fast.

After we ordered and paid they told us they couldn’t make the kids quesadillas with corn tortillas. We asked to talk with the manager to explain our child has a gluten allergy and that Gate Pkwy never has an issue making them for us. The manager “wasn’t feeling well” and wouldn’t speak with us. (Why is he coming to work then?) Finally the manager told the cashier to tell us he would tell the kitchen staff to make it, hit it was “only this once.” After all all, our food was way under seasoned. Like the salsa was straight tomatoes. Gate Parkway location is ten times better!

I order a Cubana torta which it came on a hamburger bun that's not mexican prok was under seasoned and fries thin and small amount about 30 fries horrible will not return my wife order mission style chicken bowl chicken was bland no taste plateing was horrible the only thing was good was chips she will not return either waited for about 30 mins my wife took a nap will we were waiting I should've went to CHIPOTLE next door it's not worth the money you pay

1ST VISIT
I thought awesome tacos small portions...maybe it's the cook and whose prepping the tacos.

Karolyn made sure I had everything I needed in the bag. Her hospitality is AWESOME and customer is AWESOME.

2ND VISIT - 9/2/2024
I ordered; 2 kids soft chicken tacos with only cheese
2 hardshell Americana chicken tacos with chimichurri and salsa on the side
2 hardshell Americana chicken tacos, no tomatoes with chimichurri on the side
1 soft honey shrimp taco
1 soft drink to go

The order was bagged. I decided to open the bag to make sure my order was complete. No, it wasn't; no sauces on the side, portions were skimpy. I paid $33.00 for my entire order. Karolyn had to go to the kitchen and get me my sauces, with other missing items.

Karolyn apologized for the inconvenience and proceeded to assist me.

Karolyn made sure I had everything I needed in the bag. Her hospitality is AWESOME and customer is AWESOME, again.

Here's what I got verses what I ordered. The pictures other customers posted is not what I got on my orders. What is this...portion control on take out verses dining in the restaurant.

Full disclosure, I don't hate on places, but I do expect a certain level of service. I can tell that this particular establishment is understaffed and overworked. I ordered a pre-made margarita but it appeared that the bar tender was more interested in 2 particular customers that I believe she knew. She commented that she hadn't worked in 4 days hence the ice not filled at the bar or any of the beer taps checked. It took 25m for me to receive my drink. So i preemptively ordered 2 beers thinking it would be easier to pour, kinda of wrong. The bar tender then tells the server the keg needs to be changed on the Sam Adam's, so I ordered another beer I-10, the bar tender informs the server that that keg also needs to be changed, so I ordered a coke. To observe further, apparently, this bar tender mentioned she's quitting and seems as if she doesn't care about what transpires. The server tried to help, but when you have employees one foot out the door coupled with overworked/undermanned this appears to be what happens. I work across the water and am sad the downtown location closed because this location needs the additional help. I hope the owner/board reads this post. I'd be more than happy to share ideas/consult to help improve the hiring/training/service aspect of this location. Photo attached is the bar tender that walked around confused a lot. The bartenders are inexperienced and become overwhelmed easily! Both upstairs and downstairs the wait at the bar was extremely long! Didn't even bother ordering food. But the white male bartender with the beard downstairs is RUDE SLOW and UNPRODUCTIVE. The music was great the atmosphere amazing. But word to the wise BYOB on Fridays. Or pregame before you arrive!

Went there on an event night where Dr. Dj Doom was hosting event. Great music, did not care for the paid VIP in order to sit down, but did not offer regular seating upstairs or at bar area. So you have to eat & order your food downstairs, away from music, if you want to sit down for Free! Dj downstairs vibe was terrible!

Both bars systems are not linked, which was not convenient when wanting to mingle from floor to floor. Bar tenders looked a little over worked & lacked customer service. Overall it was okay, not sure if I'll go back.

Parking: Enough available parking within parking lot. No street parking necessary.

Came here with my lady because she wanted to try it after shopping for the day. She ordered a jerk chicken burrito with no pineapple salsa because she's allergic to pineapples and reiterated to the server to make sure. I ordered the catfish taco and the shrimp taco. Food wasnt as good as expected. As my lady is eating her burrito, she started scratching and I say are you ok, she looks down in the burrito and sees a pineapple. I immediately go ask for the manager knowing we have to get out of there and get a EpiPen. The servers are taking their time and so is the manager. The server we had then comes from trying to get the manager and says it's everything ok? I informed her that my lady said no pineapples and there are pineapples in the burrito and we need to go. I just need the check and the manager. The manager finally comes after I get up to show them that we need to go. I'm trying to sign the check and the server gives me a pen that doesn't work. They have a attitude about the whole thing. I noticed I forgot the receipt, trying to rush to get out of there after them taking so long. I go back in for the receipt and I have to wait another 4 minutes before someone comes after the manager is on the floor and a few other people pass by that works there. A server finally asks do you need anything and I respond a receipt if it's not too much trouble. I informed her we just left and she looks for the receipt. After she's looking for a few minutes, she prints the receipt and it's the total. I told her I needed the receipt to say what we ate and what was acknowledged by the server. There were no pineapples when the order was taken. Two servers are there and they say they can't print the receipt because they have already voided it and they can only print a receipt saying what I've eaten. I said may I speak with the manager to confirm. He comes and starts to work on it. He prints me a receipt of my meal without hers on there. I inform him exactly what I need and the receipt still doesn't say what it needed to say after him telling me that the one that's printed is the same thing. I asked his name and he said it was Zee, and confirmed the spelling. I had to go so I could check on my lady and didn't have the time to keep going back and forth. One of the worst experiences I've had at a restaurant.

Best taco salad I've ever had and it was an enormous amount. Definitely more than one meal. My son had the brisket burrito and said the meat tasted amazing but was dry. Next time he'll ask for sauce on it but overall a 9 out of 10.

The service was fantastic and I really enjoyed the rooftop area. Although the food and drinks were just okay, it's still a nice spot for a casual meal. However, if you're looking for authentic tacos or burritos, this might not be the place.
