Cake Me to Paradise

I called Cake Me To Paradise 2 days ago after finding out it was someone’s birthday . They had done my daughter’s graduation cake in December and I just knew - there is no other bakery I would go to- Amelia was over worked but fit me in and delivered it to my house. Just like my daughter’s cake I just gave flavour and colours …. What her and her husband do with just a few words are unbelievable…. She used to be RN so she knows people… she reads their needs in their voice and is overwhelming kind…. AND the cake! My daughter’s cake we shared at the restaurant we went to and everyone enjoyed it so much and then she took it home and ate ALL of it! She showed me pics of fancy fancy cakes and her ideas are mind blowing… so her store might not look fancy but you must know her work is! So if you want an outstanding cake people will talk about months after eating it at a reasonable price and delivered to your house or wherever!!! Please call this bakery. I know I will be calling any and every special occasion.

Ordered a cake from a remote location for an upcoming birthday. Service was easy and highly organized. CMtP had my order perfect in just a few minutes and the cake itself was amazing they delivered to my location without me being involved and everything went off without a hiccup. Highly recommend.

I have had 2 cakes made here. Both cakes have exceeded my expectations. The design was exactly what I was wanting, the cake was so moist and fluffy, and frosting was buttery and so hard to stop eating, and finally picking up the cake they carefully pack the cake in a box making transportation home easy.

I had an amazing experience with Cake Me to Paradise Bakery! The representative was incredibly kind, professional, and a pleasure to work with. The cake was absolutely outstanding, beautifully made and delicious! Everyone at the birthday party had nothing but great things to say about it, and I even had guests asking where I got it from. I was so excited to share the name of this wonderful bakery! I will definitely be ordering more cakes in the future. Highly recommend!

I would to say this was a horrible experience with this Cake company. My first issue was, I was never advised until the day of the event that she didn’t have the right Cake pan size to complete the Cake that I ordered so they had to make a separate Cake to make up for the shortage of the first cake. This was completed however received 30 minutes before the event ended very disappointed. The cake’s icing is beyond sweet to where it’s not even bearable to eat so 90% of the cake was thrown away. I contacted the owner to express my feelings and concerns to be told basically sorry you feel that way. I would never recommend anyone to come here for service unless you want to be disappointed, I have also attached a picture of the cake hours later the ice started falling off as well.

Got my daughter's bridal shower cake from here and it was fantastic!! Best cake I have ever had from a bakery!! Also getting the wedding cake from here and we are so excited!! We had 60 people eat the cake and everyone raved about how great the cake was!!

Outstanding service and amazing artistry! Amelia answered our emergency call and saved the day by delivering phenomenal tasting cupcakes with incredible flower designs, that really impressed us all! Our urgency arose because just 24 hours prior to our baby shower, the cupcakes we thought we had ordered from another bakery informed us they would not be able to fill our order?… But, Praise God we called Cake Me To Paradise and reached the amazingly accommodating Amelia‼️ I have never written a review before but when you get outstanding customer service, like we did, it should be recognized. Thank you Amelia, you knocked it outta the park???❣️

I ordered a rose flavored cake with strawberries and cream filling for a baby shower and it turned out absolutely beautiful! The cake had a unique flavor, it was moist and delicious and perfectly decorated. Everyone at the party loved it! Owners are so friendly and helpful, take pride in what they do and it shows. This is the most amazing bakery in Jacksonville. PERIOD! I live in San Diego but was coming to Jacksonville to celebrate my grandsons first birthday. He was having a golf theme “Julian has mastered his first year” and I was determined to find a custom cake. I found Cake me to Paradise on line and loved what I saw. I called and spoke to Amelia and we designed the cake virtually and discussed flavors and other details. I picked up the cake the day before my grandson’s birthday and it was perfect. On the drive back to the house we were cut off by a car and the cake did a tumble. Our hearts sank. We called the bakery to see what we could do. This woman came to our house and fixed the battered cake. Unreal and exceptional customer service. I will never go to another bakery in Jacksonville. Give this woman your business. She takes pride in her craft and does amazing work.
