Came here for the second time which both experience was decent to get by. They did have a wait time even though there were some seat available. We asked to sit outside but the hostess said they didn’t want to confuse the waiter 🤨 ???
The food I can say it’s okay. The only thing I dislike is the Italian chop, it didn’t had any flavor at all but the Szechuan dumpling was good, the pizza my partner loved it but me personally I didn’t but overall it was a decent experience

Everytime I come in CPK it feels like home. I always have the best service from Myla, Tyler and Hunter. They always know what I want and serve me with kindness. I'm in love with the food and the managers are awesome as well. Marco is the best cook and he makes it just right. I will always come back!

Everything about this food was phenomenal and I will return but I will NOT have Kailee as my server ever again. I have never had a sever harass her co workers, and be completely careless about how she speaks to costumers and people in general. Once she gave us our food, she disappeared and only heard her speaking negatively towards employees and even us. She ask us “why” we needed a side of sauce? Completely disrespectful and HIGHLY don’t recommend her. Outside of that, the food was great. She is just the one bad apple.

I sat down at the bar. The service was very good, and the gluten free crust almost fooled me, it was surprisingly good (even my wife, who doesn't have celiac disease, remarked she couldn't tell it was cauliflower).

Food is always good for the most part but Tyler was our waiter and was not good. He gave us the check while eating/ before asking if we wanted dessert which we were going to order more as far as dessert and to go food but from his encounter/demeanor we decided not to. I had a rewards phone number and without asking for it or asking if I wanted to use them, I gave it after the first check then he proceed to use my rewards without asking. The restaurant's was not busy, I don’t understand why we were rushed to leave. Used to be a big fan of this location but the service and waiters are disappointing. Kailee helps me out everytime I come in and has great attitude!

Worst experience we've ever had here.
Was seated and waiting for over 10 minutes and no server ever stopped at our table to even get our drink order. We watched others come in, get seated, and recieved drink.
It was only when me, my wife and daughter were at the door leaving that we were even acknowledged!
Do better!!
Walked down to Cheesecake Factory and they got our order in under 3 minutes!

I visit here whenever I am in town. I love this restaurant. The food is always fresh and their variety of salads, pizzas, and dessert is always good. Food tastes amazing. Good customer service at this location as well.
