Had a poor experience, but the waiter was very nice and seemed to understand.

As a visitor from Kansas on the last day of winter, a seat outside on the covered veranda was a welcome treat. You can never go wrong with a burrito or some fajitas. Top notch food and customer service. Plenty of shopping in Town Center to walk it off!

The fajitas at Cantina Laredo are an absolute delight for the taste buds! Each bite is a flavor explosion of perfectly seasoned meats, vibrant veggies, and the right amount of sizzle. The combination of freshness and authenticity makes this place stand out. Friendly staff and a lively atmosphere add to the overall fantastic dining experience. A must-try for any fajita enthusiast!

Had the chicken fajita for lunch and was disappointed. It was mostly a cut up onion, with a few pieces of green pepper and very little red pepper cut up on top of the chicken. Not good for an up scale restaurant!

Did not meet expectations- for service, food, cleanliness or use of the term ‘gourmet’. The Carne Poblano Asada was very good, but the Fajitas Tres was Meh. The chicken was bland. My local Mexican place makes a fajita platter that tastes better. Not sure how tacos, enchiladas and burritos are gourmet Mexican. The server seemed annoyed to have to recite the beers on draught and every time she brought a dish, she spoke to the table next to us, but did not directly address us. She was fine, not great. I do expect an outstandingly clean bathroom if the word Gourmet is used in the name of the restaurant. This, like most everything else, was overlooked

This restaurant considers itself gourmet Mexican food. I would say it’s fairly standard but expensive Mexican cuisine. There is a $30 margarita on the menu just to give you an idea. I had the house margarita for $11 which tasted like plenty of tequila in watered down ice. It definitely needed more lime. We had the queso and guac appetizer which needed more spice and the tortilla soup which had way too much chicken in it and not much flavor. Both were subpar in our opinion. My husband enjoyed his chicken tacos in a salsa verde sauce which he said was spicy. I had the lunch portion steak fajitas which, although a generous portion, had only three thin slivers of green pepper and probably two chopped onions which were more sautéed than caramelized. We both agreed that while the food was ok, it was definitely not great. Our waiter was very nice and attentive. We did bizarrely notice a man eating at a booth next to the host stand who was loudly playing a tv show on his cell phone while eating, despite there being other diners seated around him. While this doesn’t say much for that man’s terrible manners and lack of courtesy, it also surprised us that the host and staff allowed him to do this. That should have been shut down immediately.
