It was my first visit to this restaurant today and I was greeted warmly by the staff. I'm glad that I stopped by! I ordered a chicken philly and the food was very tasty, hot and fresh. I will definitely be back to try other menu items! Also they have a Self serve fountain drink area which I appreciate ?

B L A N DI got a turkey sub there soon after they opened. The turkey was fresh and the roll was soft but there was no flavor at all. The shop was still new and deserved a second chance so I went back a few months later.It was worse. Same turkey sub, still bland and now the tomato slices were paper thin. Season your sandwiches; salt the pepper and tomatoes. Give the meal some flavor. It also needs a signature sauce.I was raised on New York and New Jersey delis and Capriotti's doesn't come close.

I looked at the reviews and they seem to have really good reviews. I was excited to try the place when I thought they had forgotten the chicken and lettuce. There was hardly anything on this 10 inch sandwich. All the fillings would’ve filled a piece of white sandwich bread folded in half. I was so disappointed. I went back and read the one star reviews and everyone complained that there was no filling in their sandwich. I’m used to a sub being so big you can barely put your mouth over it. I probably will not try this place again. Staff is very friendly, but I ordered this to go so I didn’t have a chance to attention.

Took my mom here for the first time on Monday, we have been looking for a good cheese steak place. Noah helped answer questions we had and him and the other employee got the food out! Noah also checked in with up to make sure we were enjoying our food! 10/10 would recommend!! We will be back!

Cap's has the best French Dip in town and that's saying a lot, the competition is stiff. The Hot Bobbie is special. I no longer have to wait for Thanksgiving leftovers to make one of these! I loved the Gravy for dipping the Hot Bobbie in but it was "Limited Time Only" ? The bread is another highlight for me, it's very soft and fresh with great taste. Fries at a sandwich shop seems to be a rarity but Capriotti's checks that box and then some. You can order any sandwich on fries instead of bread. The service has been good every time and the atmosphere is nice. I recommend Capriotti's to any sandwich lover.

Wayyyyyyyy over priced for what this place is. Beef on the "wagyu" French dip was regular roast beef that was old. Food was very average. Save your money. Go elsewhere
