I returned tonight after a previous visit that didn’t quite meet expectations, and I must say — the experience was completely different in the best way.
The drive-thru speaker was answered promptly, my order was taken efficiently, and I received hot, fresh food from a courteous representative. I didn’t have to announce my visit or push for service — it was delivered exactly as it should be.
Tonight’s experience aligns with the many positive things I’ve heard, and it confirms that isolated issues can happen. I truly appreciate the professionalism shown this evening and look forward to dining with you again.

It’s very frustrating to always come to this location on my lunch break and having to leave empty handed. I stayed in line today for 15 mins just waiting to pay for my food and having to leave with no food because they were taking way too long to get to me! This has happened multiple times . I would just like to get my food in a decent time frame and get back to work . You guys have to fix this !

I had to change the points because I went there a week ago at 11am and it was locked up tighter than a drum!!! I sat in the drive thru like a nut waiting for someone to say can I help you!!! I left and drove around to the windows and low and behold...the place was empty. This was on a Sunday at 11am. There was no sign saying they were not gonna be open. These fast food places are cray. They refuse to hire worthy people to work there!!! Everyone needs to be fired and start from scratch all over again. Most people probably quit because of the pay or conditions but it's not the public fault there hiring people who won't show up! Whatever the cause it's not our fault! But whether ur open or not it's always an issue. In one year, I've had to good experiences here!!!

I normally don’t give bad reviews unless they ate really really deserved. Today I ordered mobile waited about 35 minutes And was met with very rude service during wait. was very nasty dinning area it will not be long before this place is gone also.

I came in at 7: 49pm purchase two-piece fish with fries and hush puppies. I left out at 8:10pm give or take everything was correct. When I get home realize I got mix cold and warm fries together unacceptable.. fish and hush puppies was great I should have went with the green beans... My leftover product.

0 acknowledgement from staff, walked in, waited 10 minites and then left. They were doing a shift change and counting the drawer down. So instead of taking our order, they did paper work and messed with the registers at 4pm. At the start of dinner rush. Went to burger king instead.

The fish dinner was not good. They might have changed products...the coating was off, as well as the taste of the fish. The person who took the order was visibly upset about the loss of their iPhone, but her situation had little to do with what was coming from the kitchen. There was a lack of condiments, no ketchup was available. Signs of a weak management, not having supplies that are often requested. The cats turned their back to the fish leftovers. This location has had several issues in the past and I try to be understanding. It's time to walk away since this is not the first bad experience.

I eat at this Main St. Location frequently, and the food is always hot fresh and delicious. They cashiers and cooks are all very friendly and welcoming. If you're ever in the area, especially around lunch time I highly recommend this Captain D's location.

I ordered multiple family meals not only was the food all correct and hot and absolutely delicious, the service and hospitality that I received from Ms Myra was phenomenal that the food could have been bad and I still would have not cared. She was kind, warm, and the friendliest person I have interacted with in a while. She needs a raise I don't care how much she makes now. She absolutely deserves it!! Much love to her care for my familys order.
