We have followed this staff from the Dunn Ave location to Main St. They are wonderful! Always delighted to 'serve ' and sometimes put in our order before we place it! The food is hot and cooked the way we like it. Wish the closer Dunn Ave location was back open, but the extra drive is worth it!

They gave me old, hard funnel cake sticks. Even the sugar was old and wouldn’t even break apart. Tasted like the freezer. Made me gag so I just stopped eating them.

The service was terrible. I ordered online for a pickup and when I went to pick it up, the lady was very rude and practically slung my food bag at me through the drive thru window and then slammed the window shut! I sat there quietly because I hadn’t received my drink and when she turned around and saw me still there, she flung the window open and loudly said “what?!!”, I politely asked for my tea which she replied with a sneer, “there was no drink on your order but whatever”.And while she slammed a cup down and started filling it up I grabbed the receipt on my bag and moved it to the window so she could plainly see there was in fact a tea on my receipt! She then said “I really don’t care and slammed the window shut again.The fish was extremely greasy, undercooked and everything that had batter tasted like it was cooked with cigarette ashes… I wouldn’t recommend feeding homeless people here!!!

What a pleasant experience! I’m so happy that they encourage great customer service. When ordering at the speaker i was not rushed. The cashier also acknowledged i was missing a beverage for my order. I truly appreciate the experience!

The manager was so rude I called to see if they where hiring and if it was daily pay like it said on line and she was rude and said how could I help u and all I did was ask if she was hiring and then she chewed me out . So unprofessional. If that's how this is going to be I'll never eat

Had a big order was ask to pull to the side so other orders could go out I completely understand that then was asked to pull back up after they got them out the way and did as I ask them still set there awhile and waited then someone else came to the window and ask what was ordered and said they it would take awhile because they would have to make everything again that's fine I get my order get home and still did not receive all my food had to go back the second time and still did not get everything I paid for.....and the fish was either crispy but rubbery...and the food I went back for was supper soggy
