The speaker was broken so it did take a little while to get the order but it was worth the time and wait! Everything was right and really hot and good! Best captain Ds I’ve ever eaten! So good!

I decided to give Captain D's another try. I went to the Edgewood Ave. location and the service as well as food was much better. I ordered the Family Seafood Feast.Parking: There is ample parking close to the building.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access is available in front of the building.
it is not a fancy restaurant of course but i enjoyed the food. we were the only ones there so we got our food quickly. the service was okay

Lady in Drive thru was cold and Quick with very unprofessional responses. Smell of weed was strong especially once the Drive thru window opened. I would think a fish smell may be more appetizing.

Food was great. Came here for a work lunch meeting but between the staff cussing and trying to fight with a nasty customer who thought it was ok to threaten and cuss the worker., the environment was horrendous. To add when I asked both to stop so we could eat in peace, the customer in the restaurant was the nasty person, telling us to be quiet and mind our business. Truly we know we’re in Jacksonville with these self entitled people. Add the customer was classy enough to pull a gun on the employee. Gotta love it

Today got family battered fish. Now they are half the size width wise. They didn't even look like a piece of fish. Pitiful. No more of our money.
