Carolina Jax Reviews
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (10/10)
We went to Caroline Jax tonight and wow—absolutely lived up to being known for the best burgers in town. These are way more than just smash burgers. I ordered the bacon cheddar burger and it was juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The Jax style fries were loaded and delicious, and the peanut butter chocolate milkshake was next-level good.
And let’s talk about that Cajun ranch… unreal. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re...read full review
I would stay away. The cross contamination is strong in the restaurant. people should be warned! got a burger and fries and after eating it I spent most my day on the dang ol toilet and a trash can near by. The lord didn't save me that day. Tried to call to speak to a manger about it but no one picked up the phone. I tried for an hr yikes on a bike. I should've known better when I saw them grabbing meat then touching other products. Thats why i tried to call so they can clean...read full review

Carolina Jax in Jacksonville, Florida, is a popular spot known for its delicious burgers and milkshakes. The smash burgers, including favorites like the Hurricane and OBX burger, are standout choices. The loaded Montana fries topped with pulled pork and Carolina sauce are also a must-try. The restaurant has a cool vibe, although parking can be limited. The staff is friendly, attentive, and dedicated to providing exceptional service, making every visit enjoyable. The juicy and slightly messy burgers are always worth it. Families with kids will appreciate the experience, especially the tasty milkshakes. The lunch special, featuring a cheeseburger made from Angus beef with all the trimmings, seasoned Cajun fries, and a drink for $13, is well-prepared, filling, and offers great value. One of the best burger spots, with good burgers, fries, and shakes. The wall art and history are loved, and it's informative on what part of the cow makes the best burgers. The byo float only gets half cup of icecream, wish it was more. Reasonable prices for the amount of food received. This is one place that will be visited again.
