We went to Caroline Jax tonight and wow—absolutely lived up to being known for the best burgers in town. These are way more than just smash burgers. I ordered the bacon cheddar burger and it was juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The Jax style fries were loaded and delicious, and the peanut butter chocolate milkshake was next-level good.
And let’s talk about that Cajun ranch… unreal. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out. Everything was fresh, hot, and clearly made with care.

Anything there is amazing. The burgers are, in every single bite, a flavor explosion. Is always busy, so if you want to dine in, consider that some times there is no spot available, but always something show up.

People will tell you go to Carolina Jax. You should definitely go... if you want to wait 15 minutes to order, wait over an hour to get your food, and have it be the most underwhelming Burger that you could imagine. But wait, there's more, you'll also spend $60+ for two people to have this experience. Do yourself a favor and stop at any food truck anywhere in Jacksonville for a better experience. The menu reads well (mine was a Blue Devil), but these sandwiches are basically 'condiments on a bun' with a thin steak'n'shake type patty. I came home and made dinner. Edit: restaurant replied that my review wasn't fair cuz they get busy (then don't take orders that hold us hostage) and I didn't credit their condiments being hand-made (I didn't say the condiments weren't good, I'm just saying there was NO HAMBURGER at this HAMBURGER JOINT). I am nearly a Level 8 Reviewer and mainly give 5-stars. So, this is not a review by a noob.

Could be a great burger except it arrived COLD! Became a disgusting burger. Maybe you guys should rethink allowing Uber Eats to deliver for you.

Straight to the point, the food is good, the staff is polite + attentive and oh yea, btw, ........the food is gooooood. Would I go back, yes I would and invite a friend too. The presentation was on point as well...

Slow, incompetent, unbothered, and lacking diligence. Business does not care about in person patrons—merely Uber eats. Yes, the Burgers are good. They 14 bucks a pop, and you'll wait no less than 40 min for it, even when it is slow. Moreover, they will have you waiting at filthy tables. You'll get to watch them fumble through a stack of tickets lose orders and lie to customers about the status of their orders. 46 min flat on this order of one burger fries and a water. And it's half empty.

Probably one of the best burgers I’ve had in a while. Wish I took pics! We got the Cajun bacon loaded fries, very good. I got the old timer, you really can’t go wrong with that. Husband got the triple something I can’t remember but it was a big boy! I like how they cook their burgers, crispy edges. Will definitely be back 1000% to try other burgers
