One of THE BEST burger spots we’ve tried in years. So good!!!!! We had a Double trouble, Patty melt, Regular and Texas toast classic burgers, as well as loaded bacon fries. Chef’s kiss!!! We’ll be back!!

Nice corner spot with good burgers, fries and shakes. Loved the wall art and history! Very informative on what part of the cow that makes the best burgers. Our fries wasn't hot but still great taste. The byo float only gets half cup of icecream, wish it was more. Reasonable prices I suppose for the amount of food you recieve. Family friendly. Need more space though but we will be back.

This is my first visit there and I will say that I was totally impressed with the lunch. It was a simple burger, but it was really good. The service, even though it was lunch was fast. This is one place that I will visit again.

I would stay away. The cross contamination is strong in the restaurant. people should be warned! got a burger and fries and after eating it I spent most my day on the dang ol toilet and a trash can near by. The lord didn't save me that day. Tried to call to speak to a manger about it but no one picked up the phone. I tried for an hr yikes on a bike. I should've known better when I saw them grabbing meat then touching other products. Thats why i tried to call so they can clean up so no other poor soul suffers this same fate. my poor butt hasn't felt the same ever since.
i love their fried chicken!! and I've never gotten soggy chips or a doggy burger 🍔 bun ever I eat here regularly

I'm extremely disappointed in my recent visit to Carolina Jax. It might not mean much in the long run but I will not be returning.
I used to brag on this establishment telling everyone. I will no longer recommending it. I also tipped when I placed my order because I'm used to good service. This will also not be happening anymore.
I'm used to waiting when it's busy and backed up. This was not the case.
For starters it was extremely loud. So much so, I had to yell my order. I had to repeat it a few times and correct it. The order was not repeated back to me.
When everything was ready, 3 of the 4 burgers were incorrect. The kids burgers were an easy fix they took off the extra topping and add a sauce handed them back.
My burger on the other hand was not so easy as I'm allergic to a topping that was asked to be left off. They said "no problem we'll remake it."
I sat down with my family. We weren't even able to carry on a conversation with how loud it was. It was so hot I was also getting nauseous. The kids ate and finished their food. 4 other orders went out and I still didn't have my remake.
By this time my kids were done eating and their limit for behaving was wearing thin. (6,4,2,2 and 8m) It was just time to leave out of respect for other customers. I did not get to eat nor did my husband.
I did ask for and received a refund for my sandwich I never received and my husband's sandwich he didn't touch while waiting to eat with me.
I was given the excuse "new workers."
Take this review as you will. The worst part for me is I had high expectations (that came from eating there before), that were crushed. I left hungry, hot, and with a migraine (from the noise level). Not a good taste from a restaurant you used to love.

Absolute train wreck. This place seriously went down hill. Went there for lunch with my family. For a time of day with almost no people. It was obscenely loud. They should probably get the compressor on their fountain machine checked. That obscene volume is what led to almost our entire order being wrong. Probably not wise for management to put that right next to the spot where you have to order food. Would have probably also helped if they used an actual POS system instead of handwritten tickets. Two of the burgers were meant to be plain, Only ketchup for our children. Not quite sure how you can mess that one up but they managed to do so. The other Burger was supposed to be no tomato due to a food allergy issue. Take a guess what was on the burger. They at least managed to get the fries right. It's fine though, it wasn't a complete loss of a day. European Street managed to get our orders correct. They were only 5 minutes away on Park Street. If you're checking out the Riverside area, I recommend going there instead.

Waited 40 minutes for a Carolina burger and a hot dog. There were a 2 customers (different orders) that came in after us and got their food before us.
Very loud for noise factor!! Very cute inside, staff extremely helpful. The burgers are delicious!!
