Had an awesome experience at the bar at Carrabba’s Italian Grill thanks to Isabel, one of the best bartenders I’ve come across in a while. Super attentive without being overbearing, made great drink recommendations, and kept everything moving smoothly even when it got busy. You can tell she actually cares about the customer experience, not just going through the motions. Definitely made the whole visit better—I’ll be back because of her.
Nothing is better than walking through the door and seeing Isabel at the bar.

We visited this Carrabba’s while out of town and thoroughly enjoyed our experience! Maria was great! The food was bomb! Drinks clocked! Would come back again.

My wife stopped in yesterday (03/06/2026) to pick herself up some lunch. She ordered the Pollo Rosa Maria chicken dinner. After getting to her destination about 20 minutes away she started to eat her food. 2 bites in and the whole middle was raw. This is inexcusable and you need better temp control and cook staff.
