Went in for dinner ordered chicken parmigiana and never have I had such a terrible meal at Carrabbas! Chicken was pounded down so thin and was burnt beyond recognition. Service was horrible and the saddest part was she was training someone new!

Had to contact the store to add on a forgotten request and Jonas was the most outstanding professional customer friendly service person that we have ever spoken with at this location. His outgoing personality truly made us get excited about the delivery we were expecting to receive. He is definitely an asset to this company and the perfect person to handle these calls! Thanks Jonas! We appreciate your hard work and dedication to your job. It is truly hard and extremely rare to find support staff that you can tell really does care about the customer and their experience. We ordered today for a small work luncheon. The chicken parmesan was delicious. We also had penne pasta, bread, salad and dessert. All for a very reasonable price. The assistant manager Dee did a phenomenal job facilitating the placement of our order. Upon arrival I was greeted by very friendly staff. The server Walker was very helpful and made check out and loading the food on my car super easy. Thanks to the Carrabba staff for world class customer service.

My husband and I took part in the Sip into Spring Wine Dinner and it was fabulous. It was a 4 course wine and food pairing and was so fabulous. The shrimp appetizer, strawberry salad, chicken dinner and brownie dessert were what wonderful. Justin came by several times to ask how we were enjoying our meal to which we could only say “ Wonderful “ Dee stopped by as well to make sure the experience was great as well. But, Kaline our server really made our anniversary dinner so special. Her experiences and opinions were spot on. Always making sure our next course was served and our wine glasses were topped off. She was very intensive to our dining needs and experience. Thank you to Justine, Dee and especially Kaline for making our Anniversary Dinner very very special. We plan on booking more of the Wine of the Month dinners in the future. Highly Recommend.

Nice visit, just wish everything was hot when it arrived at our table. Steak on the johnnytrio was very good, but the ravioli and chicken were ambient temp.
