Ordered over $100 and never received confirmation text that food was ready. After an hour called and was told it was ready. When I picked up food it was cold.

Nice atmosphere, courteous staff, and attractive meal presentation.

Went there for my dad's birthday party. The staff members were very professional and welcoming. The dining experience was excellent. I would highly recommend this location to all people.

Went for happy hour - sat at the bar - some good tap beer and happy hour wines - if you order the great chicken noodle soup get the bowl as we were surprised the price difference was only 30 cents

We have always loved Carrabbas Authentic dishes but gaining a great new server in Izzy makes the dining experience that much more enjoyable. She takes great care of us and we now dine in at least 1-2 times per week and we always request to be seated in her area. Thanks Izzy, we appreciate your service.

On Friday Jan 31 my dad would have celebrated his 76 birthday. After a 2yr battle with Pancreatic Cancer he passed on Monday Jan 27th.
My wife and I decided we would honor his birthday at Carrabba's in River City Marketplace. I mentioned to our server about my dad and from that moment they, our server the manager and the owner went above and beyond. The sang happy birthday to my dad. It was beautiful. The manage who is a pastor also had the most amazing voice. It had been awhile since we've eaten at Carrabba's. It didn't disappoint. The food was excellent. We had a variety of dishes and at the end they gave us a slice of cannoli cake to share my dad would have loved it. Thank you Carrabba's.

Carrabba’s is our go to restaurant when I don’t want to cook dinner! We are retired and appreciate the consistency of a great meal and exceptional service. Our server provided excellent service as well as a great attitude and a beautiful smile! Thank you Izzy!

Ordered car side to go. Didnt receive confirmation text. Went to restaurant. Problem with payment and receipt. Needed it for company expense report. Also found out didn’t receive text because waitress did not type cell number in correctly. Spoke to lady inside and they did not know why the card I used did not match the receipt that I was given with my name and info. Fine. Whatever, food getting cold. Got back to hotel and this is what they call a MEDIUM steak. Looks RARE to me. Train the grill guys how to cook! Won’t be back. Recommend DO NOT get steak here.

Updated: decided to try this place again, and again it was not worth it. They brought bread but no olive oil for the dip, after 6 or 7 minutes I had to get up and take one from another table. The salt grinder was empty so I had to get one from another table. The salad was swimming in dressing, and the bruschetta looked nothing like what the picture showed... The main course was serviceable. The server didn't offered us 2nd drinks, I was wanted another beer. Overall this is not worth the $75 price, dropping to 2 stars. Shame too cause they were empty inside. Original review :The food was OK, chicken was dry, but it took a long time to get our food. We ordered sangria with the order, and for some reason that was the item holding everything up even though it is just boxed wine.
