Our waiter was so amazing very nice checked on us make sure I drink some food had a decent conversation with us very relatable person just sweetie, she made the whole dining experience amazing five stars to her Miss Rachel at Baymeadows location

The waiter was attentive, polite and very interactive. The food was delicious and we had a wonderful evening.
After more than 35 minutes waiting, the food came COLD to table ?!!! That’s absolutely disappointing . The restaurant was empty … so, no excuses. My wife and I asked to speak directly to the manager Brandon who accepted the bad feedback , and generously offered to cook it again for us and get the meal on him . We gave him a second chance instead of removing this restaurant from our enjoyable ones in Jacksonville and he made it. Thanks

Carrabba’s is our family’s favorite chain restaurant. Typically it’s pretty consistent, but our service the other night was phenomenal. Our server was Veronica, she is so kind and patient. Answering all of our questions about new menu items and informing us of the $10 take home meal deal. I can only hope that the other staff members are just and friendly as Veronica.

Great food! The limoncello bread pudding was amazing and needs to be a permanent addition. Alayna our server juggled our big table like a pro and the manager Will was very helpful and kind.
