The food is always delicious. But, they have to work on the service. I ordered online the other day, and only had a little bit of time for lunch, and delivery was not available. So, I had to go pick up my food. Of course, I wasn't happy about that at all, but I wanted my wings. Then, I got there, after driving 25 minutes, and had to wait an extra 45 minutes once I got there for my food.
The food isn’t the same when Chef Cartel is not on the truck. It was okay but I definitely noticed a difference and I haven’t been here in a few years maybe.
I also had to wait for my order after placing it on DoorDash for pick up after getting there which defeated the purpose of placing the order ahead of time. The server apologized for the wait but still, time was wasted and I was on my lunch break

The food is AWESOME, the truck is clean, the only downer is they never answer the phone so calling in an order is impossible & the wait time (it's worth it but I'd suggest you pick it up instead of requesting delivery).
