I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The service was impeccable, always attentive and friendly. The paella was delicious, the fried chickpeas crispy and flavorful, the steak and eggs were perfect, and the desserts were simply exquisite. Altamente recomendado Highly recommended!

My husband and I were excited to try Spanish and Cuban cuisine after strong recommendations. While the croquetas de jamón serrano were delicious and memorable, the main dishes—picadillo and ropa vieja—were overly salty and lacked standout flavor, leaving the overall experience underwhelming. Outside from that the restaurant does look clean and cozy. Service was great despite only one person working the front.

Very pleased with the experience. The food was excellent, full of flavor, fresh, and beautifully prepared. Each dish had a very nice presentation, showing real attention to detail. The service was also great, the staff were friendly, attentive, and kind throughout our meal.
One thing to note is that the food is actually about 90% Cuban in style and flavor. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing, everything tasted amazing, but it’s good to know in case you’re expecting traditional Spanish cuisine. Overall, it was a very enjoyable dining experience, and I’d happily go back.

Casa Ibérica Fusion isn’t just dinner — it’s an experience. The moment you walk in, the warmth, the aroma, and the music instantly pulled me in. Every dish feels crafted with love — rich Iberian flavors fused with modern creativity that make each bite unforgettable.
The food is fresh, the meats are tender, and the presentation is art. The staff? Genuinely welcoming and attentive, making you feel like family from start to finish.

The atmosphere as you walk in the door is welcoming. Decor sets a relaxed mood. Wine list not bad. Hubby ordered the Cubano which he said was tasty could use more meat. The house made crochet and Empanadas are great appetizers. Trust me ask for extra sauce. Stuffed Piquillas were my choice dish, recommended by the wait staff, with side choice of mixed salad and kabob roasted veggies. The favor was great.

Lovely place, highly recommend if you’d like to taste some Comida de España. And the rice and beans from Cuba were pretty good too.
