Finally had a chance to visit this establishment and we were very impressed. Jordan, our server, was fantastic. Very friendly, enthusiastic, and attentive. You can tell he enjoys what he does and it shows.The salsas were all excellent, some of the best we've had, and the food was all fresh and delicious.We will definitely be returning here soon!Dietary restrictions: Plenty of options for gluten free dining.

I will never go to this place again!! Our waiter was so unbelievably rude that my girlfriend ordered out of embarrassment and I did not order out of spite to the waiter!! I sat and waited for my girlfriend and her daughter to finish, which they did not, and I left. There are to many other Mexican restaurants to be that rude to your customers, hence I will go somewhere else form now on.Food was fine, service was horrible!!

Always eat here when I go to Jacksonville. Went twice this trip. Tacos al Pastor were great. House sauce was very good. Quesadilla Rellenos was really good to. Fast, efficient, polite.

Went on a Saturday afternoon. The restaurant seemed pretty dead. There were no instructions as to if we sat ourselves or needed to wait for seating. We decided to wait for someone to acknowledge us. We were seated after about 2 minutes of waiting. It appeared that they only had 2 servers that afternoon.Our drink order was taken quickly. However, our food order was not. It took about 20 minutes for our food to come out. I only make a point in saying that because i read the menu and noticed their complimentary chip policy. The first 2 are free the rest are a $2.50. Meaning, the longer your food takes to come the more chips you consume, which could lead to extra charges if you don't read fine print.Food: The food was authentic and pretty good. The shrimp for the tacos were big. The Especial Burrito was dreams come true. Its two meaty burritos seated on a bed of rice or beans (i picked rice) topped with lettuce, guac, sour cream, and a slice of tomato. The fajitas quesadilla was good too.

We dined here this afternoon and the overall experience was meh. We were greeted upon entering rather quickly, however, the hostess (which was also our waitress), did not seem to be the least bit happy to be there or serving us/anyone. We ordered the following: * Carnitas & carne asada tacos * Chicken flautas * Kids taco (chicken -- comes with rice & beans) * Kids grilled chicken & fries) * Side of guacamole The tacos were very good. The flautas, beans, & rice we're either dry and/or lacked flavor. The guacamole tasted as if it were store bought ; nothing fresh was added to it (onion, tomato, cilantro). Just very bland food. The service was not very good to say the least (and I hate saying this). Nobody came around to see if we needed anything/if everything tasted ok. It was a bit unwelcoming/weird. We did not use the restrooms, but from what we could see everything was detailed/cleaned well. Hoping if we ever come back here the next experience will be better than time.
We love coming here for dinner. Everything is always hot and fresh.

Always worth the trip from Callahan!Parking: Located in a strip mall (behind Burger King) with more than enough parking available.Kid-friendliness: Several kid-friendly options on the menu.Wheelchair accessibility: The ramp is near the front door for the sidewalk, single-story building, tables and booths available.
Salsa was good, service ok, 2 out of the 5 dishes ordered was cold. Never came back to ask us if food was good. Not real busy either on Sunday evening.
