I really love Cava and truly enjoy the food . But, however I started out only going to the bartram location because it’s close to home at first it was grate the service was amazing and they never skimped you on portion sizes. As of recently in the last 2 months I’ve been there 3 times and, have had the same young man make my food 3 times and I have become dissatisfied in the service at this location. They will not even give decent portion size and which never used to be a problem, I’m paying 13.00 dollars for my food just to leave still hungry. I now have to drive to the town center locations for better service.

I have never had such bad service. When having one of the employees make my bowl, they gave such rude looks, and applied such little amounts for each scoop asked. Did not enjoy my time with that employee, especially when I mentioned about my points and how I earned their free pita chips. Later on, she grabs them and places it into a bag and slams the bag on the counter. Did not appreciate this at all.

Went to the Town Crossing Cava, excellent customer service and loaded bowl of food last week. Went to the cava location on Old St Augustine rd, ordered the same bowl, only half the size! Mentioned to the server and she added 5 pieces of cut up lettuce, lol

Cava lost its luster today. Walked in and the employee was looking the other way and leaning against the counter texting. His coworker at the register didn’t say anything to him nor acknowledge the customer; this showed immediately that there is a poor culture at this particular location (something I’ve seen chipotle devolve into over the years). Aside from this, napkin dispensers were empty and some of the meats weren’t available. I hope this is an isolated incident.

Fast service for lunch. This is probably my favorite CAVA location in Jax. Love all the toppings and sauce. I always get the build-your-own-bowl grilled chicken and pita chips with a side of eggplant dip.

Went by after the hotel recommended this restaurant. I went there about 4 PM. The food looked like it was sitting there. This reminds me of the concept of chipotle or moes. Forever looked nasty and hard, walked out and went to Jimmy John’s.

Idk why you would eat a chipotle when there is a CAVA next door! More professional and nicer staff! Better and fresher food! Better menu! Better drinks! Just damn better!
