This was my first experience with CAVA. We placed a to go order and it was ready on-time when we got there despite it being a very busy lunch time. I ordered some kind of Mediterranean chicken bowl that was recommended to me, and it was DELICIOUS!!!! Also, the pita chips and red pepper hummus was FABULOUS!!! I can't wait to go back and try something else.

Great food , self ordering and environment is great for lunch or casual meeting. Food is unique in that it’s Mediterranean but served like chipotle or free birds. Try the date vinegrette dressing it is sweet and delicious. The honey chicken bites with Roman lettuce, corn, tomato’s , rice , cucumbers and sour cream is my favorite combo.

This place is my Tuesday night place and it's never failed me the staff are very friendly and always willing to assist and give samples for new customers or anyone wanting to try something new the manager Dyshell was one of the first people to walk and spared no descriptions of items despite there being a sign at each station and his patience especially with children was more than i could ask for . I've tried other locations in Jacksonville expecting the same experience however this one doesn't miss and im glad to call my self a regular of this store

I had the Harrissa Avocado bowl and it was absolutely delicious. The avocado was perfectly ripe and the chicken had just the right amount of spice. GG and Carolyn were fast and friendly. Overall a great experience and will be coming back!

Cava has become our go to place! Always fresh and delicious. My daughter and I love the wraps with so many different topping options. The tzatziki hummus and crazy feta is a must try with of course the garlic dressing! The restaurant is always clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Thank you for making it a great experience!

The food is so good and fresh! The manager is so hand on. I remember him from Zoe’s and love he is still at our neighborhood restaurant. We eat here multiple times a week knowing we have healthy food and something to please vegans or meat lovers. Blue Zone comes to Jacksonville :)

Horrible customer service. Staff were mean to me and my family. Lady was laughing at me for speaking another language with my wife. Disrespectful and mean staff members. One of the employees rolled her eyes at my daughter because she asked for extra rice. It’s not that hard have to be a nice person, have some empathy
