Great food, but terrible service with delivery. They can’t get an order right. It’s not just missed notes, they forget to include items and sides too.

Food is great. Wish any and everything else was too.
There food is delicious but everything else is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered pickup, they hadn’t even started making my order at the pickup time. The app shows nothing about if food is ready or not, no way to complain if food is wrong or anything. On top of that the person manning the register did not communicate in an effective manner. The staff is having funny banter with each other when the customers are waiting for attention. They took 25 mins more than my pickup time which is ridiculous but they also said they had already given my order to someone else. So some unsuspecting customer had to eat my order. Did they try to find how they mixed up the orders? Nope. They simply moved on to the next customer.

Cava is a good spot for mediterranean food. They have bowls and pita wraps, and also specific bowls or wraps to order. You have a choice of different rice, meats, humus, and vegetables. The service was very short and seemed irritated at any questions we had, or other customers ordering. The employees seem extremely bothered to have to answer questions. It is also very copy and paste of Chipotle but for mediterranean food.
