The food was absolutely amazing, however, there are new employees and some of them speak NO English, which is fine, but they are taking orders and we cannot communicate because of the language barrier. It’s frustrating, especially if I’m in a rush. Give them jobs, but don’t put them in the front of the line when they can’t communicate with people who don’t speak Spanish.

I ordered two meals from CAVA through DoorDash, and I was thoroughly impressed! Even with delivery, the food arrived fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The ingredients tasted vibrant and well-prepared, just as if I had been dining in. The portions were generous, and everything was packed securely to ensure it arrived in perfect condition. If you’re looking for a healthy and delicious meal that can be delivered right to your door, CAVA is an excellent choice!

Rudest customer service of any fast food place I’ve been to. The door was unlocked and there were no posted hours on the door so I walked in and went to the counter to order. Lady starts SCREAMING at me that they were closed. I calmly say “your door is wide open” and she gets even ruder. To management: don’t leave the doors open if you are CLOSED & reach your employees to not lose their mind on someone who just didn’t know you were closed. There was one minute before opening. 10:44 on Tuesday, October 8th. I get there’s a hurricane coming and everyone is on edge but gosh, no need to yell. I will be eating somewhere else.

This restaurant almost killed me. My girlfriend explicitly asked if there were tree nuts in any of the food, and the staff said no. I ate my bowl yesterday, and about halfway through it I started vomiting profusely, and proceeded to vomit for 2 hours. If you have an allergy (specifically a tree nut allergy), don’t eat here, because there is a high chance of an allergic reaction. It’s not worth the risk.
