I visited your location today around 1:15 PM and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. From the moment I entered, I was not greeted by any staff, which immediately set a negative tone.
The service at the food line was unacceptable—each serving was barely a teaspoon, which felt rushed and inattentive. The young Latina female team member with black hair who was serving had a poor attitude and seemed disinterested in providing even the most basic level of customer service.
At the register, I asked the cashier— a tall, firm-built male of Latina origin—for a bag, and was dismissively told, “They’re by the door.” No receipt was offered or provided. To make matters worse, the food I received was cold.
This entire experience felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. Based on this visit, I will not be returning to this location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as the level of service does not reflect the standards one would expect from CAVA.

Stopped by CAVA at the Jacksonville Outlets and had a bowl — everything was fresh and flavorful. The hummus was especially good! Great spot for a quick and healthy meal.

The food was absolutely amazing, however, there are new employees and some of them speak NO English, which is fine, but they are taking orders and we cannot communicate because of the language barrier. It’s frustrating, especially if I’m in a rush. Give them jobs, but don’t put them in the front of the line when they can’t communicate with people who don’t speak Spanish.
