I cannot comprehend how amazing this place was!!! The food was really good compared to the other restaurants around Jacksonville! I would definitely recommend this place to other people and I’d definitely go here again! The people here are also very very nice! Miles and Alejandro are always patient and polite!

Have Miles make your food. Instead of just standing there and wondering what you want, ask him. I told him that he's the artist and he knows what has more flavor. He agreed. Told him to make it the way he likes it. He did. Garlic Chicken and Vegetable meal was amazing. Dude knows his stuff. Second time I've ever dined at Caba and this is the 2nd time I asked the food preparer to make it their way. Have not been disappointed. At both Cava's I've been in, they are ridiculously clean, lighting great, music is perfect, staff is super professional and friendly. Seriously, go see Miles at the Oak Bluff location off San Jose Blvd. 100 🌟

The first visit a few or several months ago was good. I went in today, tried to assembled a side of pitas with dips, paying $4 each for those sides. I ask to get their cabbage slaw and was informed they won't sell it separately. Just trying to assemble a Mediterranean pita dip appetizer but, no, can't buy one of the toppings, 1/2 c worth for $4. The worker seems adamant so they lost out on the additional $8 I was going to spend. No big loss to them I'm sure. I'd already ordered two sides of pitas and two dips anyway, plus a bowl for my kid. Now they lose out on our business entirely.
We will not be back. If you want truly wonderful Mediterranean food definitely try Noura's just 10 minutes more off san jose and for a good pita/dip app try EZ eats by Yaya, insanely amazing and way more friendly. Avoid Cava.
