The first visit a few or several months ago was good. I went in today, tried to assembled a side of pitas with dips, paying $4 each for those sides. I ask to get their cabbage slaw and was informed they won't sell it separately. Just trying to assemble a Mediterranean pita dip appetizer but, no, can't buy one of the toppings, 1/2 c worth for $4. The worker seems adamant so they lost out on the additional $8 I was going to spend. No big loss to them I'm sure. I'd already ordered two sides of pitas and two dips anyway, plus a bowl for my kid. Now they lose out on our business entirely.
We will not be back. If you want truly wonderful Mediterranean food definitely try Noura's just 10 minutes more off san jose and for a good pita/dip app try EZ eats by Yaya, insanely amazing and way more friendly. Avoid Cava.

The young lady cleaning the counter at 8 PM on October 24 was terrible. I walked in and quietly waited. I did not receive any kind of greeting. After five minutes she still had not acknowledged me that she had looked up several times and spoken to coworkers. A white young lady walks in as I’m waiting and the employee immediately looks up and acknowledges her and says we’ll be right with you. I asked are you speaking to me? And she completely ignores me.

The food is very good. It's like a Greek Chipotle. My big issue here was how the counters didn't seem like they were clean very often while making this food. I don't know if I walked in right after being busy or if this was the norm. I plan on trying again at a later date
Kudos to the team working the PM shift on 10/8! I frequent this location but this time it was worthy of a review. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and even the manager on duty was helpful. This team deserves recognition!

From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out, my mother and I were nothing but grateful for the establishment’s kindness, patience, and food. They allowed for our special requests, provided fairly big portions, and they were smiling while they did it all. They provided us with help navigating the cava app as well when my mom was struggling with applying the discount. My mom even forgot her car keys at the front counter, and they quickly rushed to our table to give it to us. 5 star worthy indeed.

The person who took my order was very kind. She mistook my request to order at the window due to disability and technical challenges as an inability to pay and offered to comp my order for free. The food was very good albeit messy to eat in my vehicle. I paid after she offered explaining I could afford the cost of the meal. I will return but may order a bowl instead of a wrap.
