I visited the new Cava in Palm Harbor tonight, which I’ve done a few times now and haven’t had any major issues other than long wait times for meals. It’s a busy, new location so I’m more than understanding of this and not usually one to complain but tonight really did it for me. I just paid 15 dollars for a bowl that was ice cold, not to mention not even filled up all the way, and with rock hard rice at the bottom that was clearly not cooked properly. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement, there was clearly a lack of care and attention when handling my order this evening and coming from someone who loves Cava and visits frequently, this location will not be seeing me again. I really hope the staff at this restaurant are able to get it right for other guests like myself because this is just unacceptable.

Just ran into a dear friend I haven’t seen in years—we were so excited and decided to grab lunch at the new CAVA location that just opened nearby at Saginaw. We both love CAVA, and this spot was perfect! Parker was super helpful and quick, and the service was amazing. The place is fresh, welcoming, and the food—wow! I had honey chicken with hummus, tzatziki, and their amazing dressing. So good! Highly recommend stopping by to savor these Mediterranean flavors.

This is for Cava Baybrook in Webster, Texas.
My daughter loves Cava and wanted to treat her sister and I to lunch. We ordered our food and as my daughter is paying I see the woman next to the cashier grab a piece of hair in my food quickly and throw it on the floor. They look at each other when they see I’m watching them. I say to them “I saw that” and the woman who removed the hair shook her head. My daughter asked what was going on and I told her, then I said they were going to serve that to me. Disgusting!! I told my daughter to have them remove my meal and just pay for the other 2.
I wonder if this is how they’re trained to handle food related issues or just their own choice to do so. We won’t be dining here again.

Bring back Zoe’s! This food is horrible. You get a ton less for the price. It is not as fresh or as tasty. I now go to Taziki’s for Mediterranean food. It is still not as good. You ruined it!!!
My order was delivered via DoorDash. Did not receive my drink and two bowls were made incorrectly. Disappointed for how much money I paid.

We placed a large lunch catering order for delivery (160 people). Ordering and communicating with the vendor was incredibly easy, the manager was very responsive and helpful, and the prices were very reasonable. The food and service was exceptional. This was our first time ordering from Cava and the response from our employees was overwhelmingly positive. If you want an amazing meal, I would highly recommend Cava. We will certainly be ordering again!
