Had the barbecue cheese steak with jalapenos and it was to die for and I had the cajun fries best cajun fries I've ever eaten in my entire life everything's so fresh and so delicious definitely worth the trip and you come away feeling totally satisfied and happy with your meal

Went to Charli’s for the first time ordering my food through the drive-through got my order wrong came into the dining room to speak to a manager. There was no manager on duty. I asked who was in charge and they direct me to someone that didn’t speak English. I tried to explain to them that they did my order wrong. They tried to redo my order and it came out wrong again how you have a company running with no management or speaking English people I asked if I can have corporate‘s number they denied it to me. They asked if I wanted to go and speak to a manager that I needed to come the next day I came back the next morning around noon on Saturday and there still was no manager on duty. With a 3.1 overall review I figured I'd give it a shot anyway since I have had good Charleys subs in the past at different locations. I must say, I was not impressed at all. Zero seasoning on the fries, not even salt. And they were a bit greasy. Sandwich was subpar, Zero flavor outside the mayo. For the $18 spent on the combo meal, I'm better off getting food elsewhere. I understand why the location has such a low review overall. Drive thru service was good though.

I got the 20 wings and fries with the cheese steak sandwich. The sandwich was ok…. Not great. The wings were seasoned wrong I bought 1 bbq and 1 buffalo and cooked them all buffalo. I called and let them know the issue. They said THEY WOULD replace NO PROBLEM come tomorrow bc it’s dinner time at this time (Mind you I have 3 grand babies under 6yrs they don’t eat spicy, that’s y’all’s mistake I mean come on). I come there to get my wings the next day because they said that was cool! And the lady went to give me my bbq wings and the owner manager boss whatever said “I would rather close my doors then give away free food”. Congrats you lose me and my family members as customer. Thats horrible service to treat someone who’s been in business for 25+ years managing.

First of all a philly cheese steak comes on a toasted roll or whatever. Why is the bread so light. The steak taste disgusting no flavor. Why? Please make the steak look appealing. Falling apart! Why? I was so mad and someone treated me out to eat. It wasn't my money and I was still mad.
