I must say that it is a very nice place to visit, the food was very good, on time, good service from the employees, a very clean place, thank you for the attention and that of the manager.

They are ok but are stingy with the chees on the cheese fries and the sauce for the sandwiches making the food dry.

Be careful going to this place, people working here a bunch of thieves.
They are adding 20% tip to your charge without you knowing it. This is a drive through and they don’t even ask for the tip or give you the machine to pick your own.
They just take upon themselves and add it.
I called when I got home asking for the manager but they keep on hanging up. I talked to one employee and he also hang up the phone.

I knew then this was not a mistake but intentional. I am now going to start paying cash because of this. I will also avoid this restaurant chain altogether for hiring thieves.

I would have given them if they asked nicely.

Sadly, this is what people resorting to these days.

We've never eaten here before, but decided to stop in on Friday night around 7:00. We were greeted immediately, my husband ordered a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich, and I ordered a Chicken Cheesesteak sandwich. We also ordered French Fries. Everything was cooked perfection and served in less than 5 minutes. We will return and try some of the other items. I especially want to try the Cajun French Fries, they sound delicious.

Great food at a responsible price.

Kid-friendliness: This would be a fine place to take children.

Great service last night! I might put this store in my rotation on Sundays for football when I am feeling lazy.

RIP Krystals you will be missed. Happy with its replacement.

We went for a weekday lunch shortly after opening. Parking is a bit dicey because most spaces back to the drive thru. Fortunately there was only one vehicle in the drive thru. We ate in. The dining room is sparse and all tables are subject to people coming in and moving around. We did not check the restrooms. Ordering was relatively easy although an online offer available to counter orders did not work. The order taker, the manager we think, knew of the difficulty and accommodated the offer. Our orders were made correctly but seemed take longer than we felt necessary, but maybe that is the way of the cheesesteak. Our sandwiches and fries were good and prepared correctly. The manager even offered us a free cone so we accepted. Overall the meal was good but the value for the dollar not so good. We downloaded the app so we will likely return.

Parking: Parking is crowded even if they aren’t busy. If you have a dually with a trailer hitch it will be like getting Haystacks Calhoun in a phone booth.

I have been here twice through the drive-thru and the food is consistently good however the last time I was here the girl asked me to leave a tip which caught me off guard because it is a fast food establishment. I wouldn't expect that if I went to McDonald's or if I got Charley's at the food court in a mall. I gave $1.00 but it felt sketchy and made me uncomfortable. Then on top of that, she didn't put ketchup in the bag so I had to go spend $3.00 at Winn Dixie on a bottle of ketchup. Needless to say I won't be back or I'll have the exact change in cash.

Stopped in to try out the new eatery. I'm not impressed at all. Bone in wings were a bit dry. The fries were OK. It seemed the manager had just given a lashing to the crew, and everyone was so unfriendly.

I'm from Maryland and where I first started enjoying Charley's cheese steaks at the white marsh mall. I've only gone to the San Jose location and it was fantastic and told everyone how great the cheese steak and wings are I also enjoy the the cheese sticks. The last 3 times have been absolutely horrible cheese steak isn't the same beef and wings are smaller and bones are black and cheese sticks are half the size and the marinara is a different brand just awful. I'm done not going anymore I just cannot afford to throw out my money. Jacksonville people know good fresh quality food. Charlie's I will predict will close within the next 6 months it's a shame oh well back to Carmines Pie house for my cheese steaks
