Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

I usually love the cheesesteaks and fries, but today the fries were horrible! Never again.

I was going to just grab something ready to eat from Walmart but then I looked over and saw Charley's and decided to stop by. My cheesesteak and fries were delicious and service was great!

20 minutes to make a Philly cheesesteak sandwich y'all are the slowest people I've ever seen

The food... mainly bread!! Was shocking they would serve to customers.

Not like it was before. We threw everything away. No flavor. Ice cream machine was broken. Order was incorrect, ordered a chicken Philly and got steak.

If i could give O stars I would. went here last night and got a chicken philly with
loaded fries and the boneless wings with cheese sticks the fries were soggy and tasted as if they weren’t fully cooked. The chicken philly was super dry the meat was almost like rubber and the boneless wings were just nasty this is the wirst charley’s experience i have ever had

The cheesesteak I had there was absolutely fantastic! The flavor of the meat was awesome, and the cheddar cheese that they poured on top complimented everything perfectly. I was extremely satisfied with my sandwich, it was delicious and I will be back. I can't remark on the atmosphere because we had it delivered. But the sandwiches were amazing so I don't agree with a lot of these reviews.

The young guy at the register must be on drugs or something. He acts slow. I ask him about the everyday specials and he acts like he doesn’t even know what I’m talking about. I had to take a picture and show him. He doesn’t have any customer service. Just good for nothing. My first and last time here. I will never go back to this location and the food was terrible. They need to hire better workers especially if he’s going to be at the register. His work ethic sucks. This was 6/26/2025 around 8:00 PM His sorry behind worked the night shift.

This location sucks. I will never come back. The service was terrible. I am standing waiting to be serviced and the workers looking crazy like I was not there. I saw a man walk up and his order was taken immediately. I say I was standing here and you take his order. I am trying to get my online order that should be ready. The cashier looking around and said they dont have my order. Did you even look? He says this location does not have an order. I say the address of the place. Please dont play with me or insult my intelligence. I know what I ordered and where. My order should have been ready at 7:43pm. It is 7:53pm and my order was not even made. Wow. The cashier has gloves on that he touched money with and people's food. He made the shake I ordered. They were out of ice cream. That was the worst shake I ever had. He could have offered a lemonade and I woild have been on my way. I will never come back.
