Charleys Cheesesteaks

I could not believe what I was watching. I can literally see the manager giving this young girl, his team member, a hard time out loud at the job in front of everyone in the mall cafeteria. So unprofessional. Come to find out the girl was new and hasn’t been fully trained. Unacceptable. I refuse to ever go back to that Charley’s again. If you’re going to train your team, do it without being loud at them.

The food and customer service here is the best for any Charley's location I've ever been to. My experiences here will have me being a life long customer!! Thank you to Jamie & all the employees over at the Avenues location for always reminding me why I love to eat at Charley's.

They do not use the right cheese for the house sandwich, it takes away from its flavor and good presentation.

The food was fresh, hot and near perfect. Customer service was outstanding and I feel that food quality wise it's the best at the Avenues. Very fast as well, they drilled through a enormous line in like 10 minutes.

This is nothing but an over glorified ROAST BEEF SANDWICHWith HOT MAYO AND HOT LETTUCE on a bun with hot meat which can lead to disaster in people's stomachs, A pickle and tomatoes were also in there. All I asked for was American cheese which they don't have, then I asked for wiz, they don't have that. The buns are NOT Amoroso buns. I gave it more than 1 star on some because it was clean, fast and friendly and the food was prepared fresh. It is not a "Philly" Cheesesteak so I am highly disappointed. If you want a tasty roast beef sandwich then you might enjoy it or if you never has an actual Philly Cheesteak in the City of Philadelphia then you might enjoy it.
