They have the best Cheesesteaks. The service was phenomenal and on point. It is a little on the expensive side but it’s so worth it… this place located inside the mall in the food court right by the entrance. They have more food options and it’s crowded but expected for a mall.

This is nothing but an over glorified ROAST BEEF SANDWICHWith HOT MAYO AND HOT LETTUCE on a bun with hot meat which can lead to disaster in people's stomachs, A pickle and tomatoes were also in there. All I asked for was American cheese which they don't have, then I asked for wiz, they don't have that. The buns are NOT Amoroso buns. I gave it more than 1 star on some because it was clean, fast and friendly and the food was prepared fresh. It is not a "Philly" Cheesesteak so I am highly disappointed. If you want a tasty roast beef sandwich then you might enjoy it or if you never has an actual Philly Cheesteak in the City of Philadelphia then you might enjoy it.Wheelchair accessibility: It is

Great location, clean, the employees are nice and helpful, food is always good and fresh. Their app rewards program is amazing. A must stop location if you are in the San Jose area.
The cashier "Aimee" spoiled my appetite . Her customer service skills is horrible , she is also very rude . She doesn't listen to customers on how they want their food and drink . Never again .

Got 4 bone-in wings, garlic parm, with fries, small cheesesteak w extra cheese plus bacon & a small drink. The bill over $17 I have to say the wings were hot, dried out. Fries weren't hot or crispy. The cheesesteak wasn't good either. The meat was extremely dry & flavorless. The bacon was good. Very disappointed. I wished I'd had complained at the store.

Ordered 4 bone-in wings, garlic parm, fries, small coke ($2.49). Plus a small, extra cheese bacon cheesesteak. Wings were dry, only ate two, fries were not hot or crispy. My cheesesteak was sad, the was dry & tasteless. After 3 bites, I opened the sandwich & just ate the bacon. The rest I threw away along w the other 2 wings, & fries. I wished I would of complained but didn't want to eat anything they had. The whole dinner was $ 17.71 too expensive for sub- par food.
