Charlo's Kitchen Roti Shop is top tier. This is the roti, pholourie, doubles and Caribbean sodas that Jacksonville has been missing. Everything is seasoned AS IT SHOULD. Not a single note missing and the portions are generous. Also - I love that every time I come up they’re jamming to soca. It’s like somebody’s Nana was up in there cooking this comfort for you!!!!

Vegetarian options: The vegetarian option of the roti is tasty just packed of seasoned vegetables!

OH! MY! GOD!! I am so happy to have a Trinidadian restaurant here in Jacksonville. I ordered the Roti Goat and Curry Goat. I am in heaven. The spices were AWESOME, the rice so light and fluffy. The meat and sauce was seasoned just right, spicy, yet not overpowering. The serving was large, so much so I have enough left for dinner. It has been over 23 years since Ive experienced authentic Trinidadian food since I moved from the D.C. area. Charlo, you are now my GO TO place. TRULY...
