Probably one of the worst fast food services I have ever got. Ordered my food @7pm app said 10min-15min. Finally got my food @8:07pm had to remind them I ordered food. Then I had to have the lady there make my drink 3 times before she got it right. Asked for tea she gave me 2 different kinds of soda then finally sweet tea. My food was cold im not sure if they gave me a pre-made sandwich or what. Then I also asked for certain things taken off my burger. I had extra put on it. The lady is walking around with holes in her pants where I can see her underwear and one arm out of her sleeve tucked into her shirt while she's drinking a milkshake. Only one gentleman was in there working out of the 3 people in there. The other was high on god knows what. I've called the store no one picks up. There's apparently no manager either when I visited and asked to speak to one.

I just ordered a ten piece wings online and they only gave me 7 pieces...that's messed up. When I call up there they don't answer the phone. Im feeling some kind of way and its hard out here. I want what I pay for and that's not asking for a lot 💯

I just left this location. The customer service was okay but I did not receive a receipt. I ordered a number 10, a spicy chicken sandwich combo, unfortunately I was unable to enjoy the meal because every single fry was hard and inedible. I had to throw the fries out.

Checker's is remarkably consistent wherever I travel. Fries and burgers are usually delicious and on point. I think generally they get a bad wrap, and the service and food at this location is excellent.

Customer service was terrible. Long braids and loose hair all over them food and kitchen. Food was terrible. Meat on the Buford was old and the cheese on the cheese fries was all over the inside of the bag. Couldn’t bring myself to eat it.
