Wow! This place doesn't let you order with a person MUST place order with a robot. Then why are there even people there? I do make a special order when I go, and the robot didn't understand what I was saying, and they had to fix my order after getting to the window. The older white lady at the window is sooooo nasty with her attitude it's incredible that this company even keeps her employed here. If you don't like the job leave! The worst part is I bought the fry lovers container and when I got home less then a mile away I took the food out the bag and the fries were not cooked all the way some were still freezing cold like they just splashed them with oil. I had to air fry them to have cooked fries. This location is trash right now! Just trash!!!! Get these employees in check PLEASE!

I got to speaker order my food I asked the young lady is everything in there she said yes but everything wasn’t. Then I seen where I didn’t get my mango in my drink and I kinda was mad but didn’t let it bother me cause the young lady said she honestly didn’t know if mango came in them or not ?still not mad check the bag and everything stuff in one bag 3 burgers and two of them was wrong lord really and then missing a fries and the sourdough bun was not even toasted I kinda really was mad cause me and my mother haven’t ate all day I am just getting off and she sitting out there with my sick dad. So I am not made or angry or anything I just feel you should make sure everything in the bag for sure so it won’t be a mess up. I called no answer so I just said hey maybe I’ll contact later.

Order my food at the window to enjoy the weather only to regrets that decision. I order one small meal and stood for 15 mins and watch the cashier hand 5 cars their food before I got my food. Sad because you want to get good service where you spend your money at. The cashier is very nonchalant, and even slammed her window when she gave me my food.

Literally nothing works. The ordering system is faulty and causes backup in orders. Once ordered, the wait was 30 minutes. Order anywhere else on University except here. Attitude is poor and never got an apology or anything to make it right by manager Makayla. Customer service was literally the worst. With so many options I don’t see this location lasting long. Requested refund never returning and suggest you do the same.
