Just went there today, they are always out of something. You should tell people you are out of a specific ingredient that goes with an ordered item before taking their money and allow me to decide if I still want the item or not. RIDICULOUS...the girl who rung us up has no welcome, thank you, nothing. I ordered 3 nerd slushies. When she brought them to me I said where's the candy that goes on top of it, we are out of that...HUH well then ask is it ok to continue before you take my money. How do I reach corporate office...sheeshhh

First off Rally's/Checker's has the best fries hands down! It's a fast food joint and if you can withstand the wait to order let alone receive your food it is worth it. Great burgers and if you like funnel cakes a good sweet tooth item they offer is funnel fries 🤤....

This location really upgraded the outside. There is a chill building mural of Checkers racing on the side. The food was consisting good as always. There tends to be a small wait every now and then, but, there is usual a line then as well.
Food old and cold. I attempt to give checkers a try every few months be-leaving maybe this time they will get it right. I’m always disappointed my order is either wrong or cold and old. I know what it taste like fresh as I used to work there years ago……this place could really be something but the staff seems to not care and they always have an attitude with the customers no matter who they employ. They made over the building now make over the staff.

First of all, this location is very slow. Take fifteen minutes just to get up to the line. Second of all, How in the hell are you going to charge Nine dollars and thirteen cents for Five little bitty chicken wings that won't even get you full. I know It does not cost you that much to produce those five wings. It used to be $5 now. It's now $9. I will never again go to checkers.

Horrible experience going to this checkers upon going the light skin female at the drive thru was rude and had a nasty attitude I had a Big Buford coupon I just got from the text rewards the girl said it’s not working or showing up when I literally just got it less than 10 minutes before it all started from there got my food before driving off I realized I did not have my chicken bites stayed in line girl acted like she did not hear me ask for sauce and etc. with an attitude upon going home I wanted to check my receipt I realized I did not get one I check my bank account to realize this girl charged me for the Big Buford when I got the T-pain meal deal for $5 bucks and the Buford was supposed to be free order came up to $12 and some change showing she charged me for the Buford burger bad service.

Just waited 20 minutes for my order & everything was sloppy and cold. At least make hot fresh food if I’m going to wait. On top of that four sandwiches stuff in a small bag no napkins smh. Would I be wrong to go back and sit at the window until I receive hot food???
