The fried cheesecake bites are horrible and it tastes like yogurt in a wonton roll or something.And the guy at the window did not have pennies,(which was ok) but also forgot to give me my two dollar change.We had to remind him.

Terrible service, take forever in drive through and then beat you mad at the window for taking so long. Ran down crew, also serving food with bad oil & then when you say something they say, I’m waiting on new grease like what type fast food is this? Yall just serving bad food knowingly and the manager that claims he is the general manager argues the customers down and doesn’t care what type of experience they give you. Close the whole location down.

At this point close this location they do not want to work and it shows! Night shift has very horrible customer service crew members as well as the shift manager did not have hair nets or gloves with very nasty attitudes, I feel scammed I ordered CHEESECAKE BITES AND RECEIVED BURNT WRAPS WITH SOME TYPE OF NACHO CHEESE AND WHATEVER THAT WAS INSIDE BEFORE IT GOT BURNT NOT TO MENTION SAT THERE 30 MINUTES , I FEEL ROBBED I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME AT THIS LOCATION . date- 11/2/25 9:40pm 0 out of 10 .

Went here for late night pregnancy craving after waiting in a wrapped line greeted by a nasty young lady with no hair net on no gloves and very bad attitude no type of greeting.spent 30$ on 3 Large shakes that I received all in medium cups and told that they have downside the cups when I just had a large shake yesterday in a bigger cup the young lady then shut the window in the middle of me talking I beeped my car horn for her attention she says what you need ?? I paid for the new cheesecake bites and received some bites with meat and cheese inside ,soggy oily fries as well as a sloppy sandwich after a 15 minute wait I am beyond pissed at the service I received the way I was treated and I will not be spending a single penny at this location again if you don’t want the job you sign up for QUIT !!! Mom spend 20 bucks for order we didn't receive mozzarella sticks
I will not be returning to this store. The wait time at the window is ridiculous. I placed my order at 2:38 PM. I was standing at the window waiting for this water tin wings only until 3:02 pm. I there’s absolutely no reason for a customer to have to wait that long on top of that the outside environment is filthy. The garbage can is running over with debris. There’s debris outside the customer walk up window and on the ground. Is a restaurant!! I’m appalled by the lack of respect for customers and the environment

I was excited to try Checkers $4 meal deals ordering for me and friends, but the automated system was not easy to use when customizing orders at drive through and then the female worker there very unpleasant when I expressed the desire to tailor my orders to our wants. I left and wont come back
