The burger smelled like chlorine and tasted nasty from being old. The fries were fresh and tasty. The lady working the window had nasty filthy hands and fingernails. Only reason I accepted the order is because my sugar was low. I don't know who's managing food safety, Employee hygiene, and quality control, but they need a whole bunch of training!

The burger and fries were delicious! We waited in the line waaaaaay tooooo long! I took my friend there to get him a burger. I would have left, if I had been by myself! I don't know what the problem was. Whoever was fixing the burgers was dragging their feet. However, they did fix the burger the way I ask.

Was stuck in line on the pick up side for an hour and 45 minutes, just to show up at the window and the guy working had snot dripping. He literally wiped the snot away with his wrist and continued to handle money and food. Watched him take the same hand and reach into the frozen patty bag and grab a patty out. I just drove off. They also apparently want corporate to see they have good time, because I ordered at 1:06, and then the app said they "completed" it at 1:11. Which was a lie. Them doing that has me waiting for a refund after having to contact corporate. Poor sanitary practices and thieves. Don't go here.

The food was bagged and sitting on the counter and nobody would open window and hand the bag out. I don't understand why we had to pay first and go through the other drive thru and sit when there wasn't any car behind me..

The automated drive thru is horrendous. I needed to make 3 separate orders, but the automated system doesn't make that possible. So I proceeded to the window to tell the girl behind the counter that I needed to make 2 more orders. She said I can't do that and to go to the back of the drive thru line. Horrible service from this employee. Will never visit this location again since I got much better service from the location on Dunn Ave.
