They fried the wings just like I like them, fries was crispy and salted just like they suppose to be. That salted milkshake was a hit

I’ve eaten at checkers at for over 10 years. Checkers is known for value fast food. The biggest thing that comes to mine was there 2 for $5 or 2 for $6 promotion they had before the pandemic. And now they are selling a cheese champ for about the same price of a quarter pounder with cheese, but the quarter pounder is larger and fresher.. I understand the price of food has gone up and labor has gone up, but you can’t compete head-to-head with McDonald’s with these prices. Bring back a 2 for 7!

Horrible service on Sunday! I ordered a fish sandwich and a chili cheese dogthat was time temp, abused. Called the store and no one answered the phone nor returned my call! Very unsatisfactory!

Tried again but bad service the same lady was this time disrespecting another customer
Food was amazing, the manager Toya made sure my food was hot and fresh. Each combo was bagged seperate with napkins and ketchup in the bag and the wait was less than 5 mins

Waited at the speaker for 10 plus minutes until the last car and decided to pull up just to be told that I would have to pull up and let the cars behind me go because they go in order…. How about answer someone when they go to the speaker and I wouldn’t pull up thinking you’re only taking orders at the window

Worst customer service, worst workers , worst atmosphere, worst MANAGEMENT! My recommendation is if you have a craving for a burger late at night 12am-3am. Just save that craving for lunch later that day! The owner should be ripped from his franchise license cause I don’t know how checkers corp. allowed this person to own it in the first place! Just terrible.

This is my first time going to a Checkers at all; while I wouldn't say that it was a terrible experience (because it was a decent first impression for me) the place definitely needs some cleaning up (specifically the inside of the building) because it is obviously very dirty in there, and considering this also includes the ice cream machine, this could cause a health hazard. Other than that, the food was decent (love the fries) and the service wasn't anything to complain about, pretty straightforward.
