Picked up an order and they gave me a flimsy cup holder that was breaking as they gave it to me. I asked to get another holder to make it more sturdy and the manager refused, saying they were not allowed and that if it breaks it's on me since they are giving it to me unbroken. Horrible service. Food isn't good either but the service is the worst.
Went back again and the manager did the same exact thing again to me saying the owners had told her not to give out more than one since they paid for it. This store should be avoided at all costs. People should not be treated this way.

The burgers from this place seem to always hit the spot, even though they're far from classy. The Fry Lover Burger is my favorite, bringing the iconic Checkers fries, and a burger, into one. When I'm in the area, and need a fast filling lunch, I like to come here.

The delay is long, if you ask for glass holders they give you a weak one and if you ask for another they tell you that the boss says no, when you have large orders they don't give you bags it seems like they have them for pretty, this place is a disaster, it smells dirty and the staff is terrible. I think they should learn from the competition.

i remember getting checkers for the first time 3 years ago at a different location, didn’t really enjoy it but i decided to give it a chance again recently at this location on Beach Blvd, i just have to say I LOVE CHECKERS!!!

It’s January 5, 2025 freshly in a new year with the same services and Results from within @ 4:17 p.m, Pull in drive thru at checkers 7504 Atlantic they have this long AI voice box that has almost an introduction before even taken your order. I’m sure I’m not the only one that thinks as long as it is talking to aka Siri drive thru checkers that the order would be prompt and correctly made instead of getting nothing that you ordered. The order was give me 2 of this mix and match BLT combos both drinks Sprites and a Hot Apple pie, Sira lol does that complete your order? yes. Please pull forward!!!! for me to pull to the drive window have 2 employees standing at the window I’m guessing the shift leader turns heading back to where ever ,He hands me one drink. I then say you charged me for 2 correct he replies yes sir, I then say well where is the other drink he then responds my apologies let me get it for you, I say sure thing… This way of things they have going now for you to drive around to the other side , get around to the other side and I guess the phenomenal Shift leader with the most I got this by chance management position attitude hands this greasy bag along with nothing that I ordered what makes it even worst I payed with cash but no proof of purchase for me to rightfully get what I asked and payed for not for what inside kitchen thought I ordered !…….. I ordered 2 BLT mix and match combos and get 2 I guess junior bacon cheese burgers with I guess barbecue sauce on them… To all the checkers in Jacksonville Fla, Except the one on Atlantic not far from the bowling alley should go over there and find out what their secret is !!! Everytime I have gone there to get food great customer skill services provided smiles on their face as in they are grateful for being able to work and have a source of income, When we want drive thru services we expect the same as in you want to be paid for your services we want the exact same thing reciprocated, I’ve never understood how the employees feel it’s ok to service anyone cold anything other then what’s suppose to be cold out of the window, not cold burgers or rather I say timing expire on ready made ones but we just throw in bag on the next customer, we don’t make the prices higher or the product ,that’s the company’s fault for poor management and inside theft so why do we have to be sacrificed by receiving what everyone knows it should have been thrown away, Give us customer what we pay you for as well the services and as much as everyone loves them an old greasy bag something from checkers late as it was Krystal’s back in the day, I’m surprised this chain has survived this long…No receipt but made sure they received money for the wrong product they wanted to give me ,leave the cash window to go around to hit and miss pick-up window to be faced with I guess Miss Checkers USA and again order still wrong from beginning to end, Hire people who want to work and need the Job not one that have their employers thinking they can’t find another you. The whole Store can be let ago… It’s homeless people who would probably give their whole being up to be able to work some where, Can’t be the point guard without players on the team.
