The fries here is always hot and fresh. The food here is so good. The place inside is clean when I peeped in. Mr Ricardo is very courteous and professional i order for our night school students and its always a big order he makes sure we get everything and nothing is missing. He is very professional a lady was kinda rude she seems new with a big biege bonnet she and the other lady in a pink bonnet had a very rude attitude. Mr Ricardo quickly take over and covered everything thank God cause as a principal I need what I need properly for my students The ladies rolled their eyes and had such a bad attitude. Mr Ricardo told me to ask for him or Mr Curtis or if daytime talk to the gm so things go smoothly. He apologize for their behavior and he was very nice and offered to brink the bags out. Everything was warm and nice.The ladies told me they know no english but I observe them stand together talking negatively about me as a customer and how they hate the job in Spanish they didn't know I understand lol. I love this place because its close to us but its the 2nd time the ladies were rude beyond measure if it continues we will order from another one on Atlantic.

Went for milkshakes on 2 different occasions 1st time machine was down Employee at the window had a major attitude + didnt give us the entire order. 2nd visit supply truck was in the front employees inside, noone came 2 the window & crates prevented us from going thru the drive thru. Worst location ever!!!

The name on the receipt is Chelsia. I went through the drive thru. I actually had a real person and not an automated response. I don't know if Chelsia was training, I had a few hiccups during my transaction. She was friendly, courteous and professional from start to finish. My fries were fresh and HOT. Besides the horrible access getting to it and the drive thru, Chelsia made it a great experience. Thank you, Chelsia.

Waited 48 minutes & they couldn't finish a $4 meal deal🤦14 ppl that came after me was served 1st ,so I asked 4my $ back & the Jamaican manager was rude ,he snatched the soda from my hand,then he took atleast 4min tryn reimburse the $ ,cuz he didnt know how 2do it ,its a shame they gotta train better the managers ,someone should retrain this gentleman because they gonna lose business with him in charge
