My daughter and I thought we would have a nice evening with some treats and ordered 2 milkshakes, a large fry, and a hotdog online for pickup. The order was not ready when we arrived, which is understandable, but we sat for 15 minutes to receive it. Since we had already paid, we figured that we might as well wait. The workers did serve up a large helping of eye-rolls and a side of attitude while we waited. They barely acknowledged our existence and frankly could be the example of the definition for DILLIGAF. This was just the preface of the horror to come.The french fries (which everyone knows and loves) had been "re-dipped" meaning they were already cooked and put back in the fryer to reheat them. This resulted in crunchy batter on the outside yet a sponge-like grease absorption on the inside. Yummy.I wish I could wrap up this review here, unfortunately, this was not the end of the unprovoked assault.The milkshakes we ordered had unmixed syrup flavors in them. We tried stirring them ourselves, but the consistency was not that of a shake that I have ever seen. It was sickeningly sweet and (I don’t know how they did it) gritty. Why couldn’t they just tell us the shake machine was broken instead? I guess that wouldn’t be very satisfying.Finally, the hotdog itself was shriveled, greenish, and not worth the risk of eating. I dared my kid to eat it, but we decided it was not worth a call to poison control. It looked like a great deal of effort took place to create what I can only assume was an old science project. I may never eat a hotdog again.If you are reading this before going, I highly recommend you keep driving. If you are looking for something to eat, this is not the place. If you have already “eaten” here, you are probably coming to post about a terrible experience.

I hated on this established before. No more. This is a top 10 establishment! They kill it! It’s not fine dining, it’s not even mediocre dining. It’s what you want, when you need it. Checker fries, fire! What makes this place work is the workers inside the building. They are the best. If you’re mad here take it out on the idiot in-front of you not the people in the building making the food. They are great! Fast, efficient, polite and doing the best job they can. It’s fast food and again checker fries. I LOVE EMTip : when the automated system is talking in the drive thru . They can hear everything you say inside. Loud and clear. Give them time, they are trying their best. You want it and they want to give it. Everyone in there is doing an amazing job! I love this CHECKERS

First time bad experience. Was going to order ice cream told me it was shut down, then I asked if I could use their restroom, my daughter and I, they said we weren't aloud. So I said y'all have a dinning area but no access to the restroom?? I can't stand places like this ? won't be back.

They have not marked some foods that are not available and also the service of them telling me to go around and pick up the food by the other window when I'm on not the passenger side I asked him do they want me to pick up the food by reaching over to pick up the food on the passenger side from my driver's seat they said yeah do that that's uncalled for cuz you know you have to go over the stick shift if it gets out of drive I can really get harm that way. The girls seem very rude and did not seem like she wanted to help me.

I have visit this location in the past.. Usually the food is prepare hot.. was not sure what happen this visit.. I order from this location after midnight. I order 2 5.00 meal deal and upside both to a large combo. The burgers had hardly any mayonnaise. The fries was hard and I ordered some funnel cake sticks that was soggy and you could squeeze the oil out of them. I was very disappointed. I tried to reach out to the manager at this location numerous times. Unfortunately no one answered the phone.
