I stop by here on my way to work I was the only car in line got to the window to pay a young lady look like she had pajamas pants came to the window for me to pay attitude wasn't pleasant at all I waited about 10 minutes for my order a other young lady brings the order I told her thank you she looked at in walk off. That was my first time at that location leaving from the window was a lil confusing and im guessing they was chilling before I came up and when I made my order for a meal funnel fries and a apple pie they probably felt like that was too much because it showed with there action 3/25/26 around 2145 my food was fresh though

My biggest complaint is the AI that you're using to take orders is very annoying and very pushy people do not go to restaurants to talk to AI anytime I go there I asked to speak to a manager to take my order this is a job that y'all could be given somebody instead of cutting corners and using a AI system any company that cares about their customers would not be using AI because there is no customer service with AI companies that use AI only care about a profit

Stopped by the drive thru for some food, i was one of two total cars. they still asked me to pull around to the next window. upon that i didn’t realize i didn’t get my card back with my receipt (i usually use my digital pay) once i got home i realized the cashier’s mistake, i called the store, they confirmed and when i asked to speak to a manager/owner they said they didn’t know who owns it and runs it. after a quick google search i see that Pritesh Patel owns it; not sure why they didn’t have this information. i drove back up to the store to get my card and they told me there was more bad news that they charged me for the wrong meal ($8+ more than my meal) and that i should have a refund for the charge in 3-5 days. they gave me a refund receipt, i realized shortly after that the gave me the wrong receipt and it wasn’t even my card info on it or the right amount that my bank was charged. so now im stuck with two separate charges from checkers on my account totally over $40+ when i order $17 worth of food. the manager i called to discuss the wrong receipt to refused a refund and said i would have to return the food to receive a friend for the $17 instead of just looking out for the customer and comp’ing it the original meal for the endless headaches. needless to say we will NEVER be back and will recommend others to stay far away.

First experience: Food was fast, delicious and staff was friendly. Great deals also. Ordered online. It was easy.
Second experience: 3/10 Music was blaring. Workers didn't seem interested. Was told to pull around though no one else was in line. Waited for a while. Then the MVP Deals didn't come with the apple pies for either order. Ordered a Coke Zero and got a Mr. Pibb. Burger was remove mustard, ketchup, onion and pickle, so it should have been meat and cheese. Nope, it had lettuce too. Wasn't even an option to remove because it wasn't supposed to come on it. Been too Rally's and Checker's many times. Not impressed by this location one bit. This is why customers don't return. Nothing went right.
The only reason for 3 stars was the first experience was spot on. This crew in the afternoon/evening of 3/10/26 needs retrained or get their head in the game.
The black guy at the window acted like he didn't wanna be there (at least pretend you do) couldn't eat the fries because they were soggy and under cooked. The burger tasted like its been sitting for hours waiting to be served, and the mozzarella sticks were cold. Guess that's what I get for going at 7:30 at night. Won't be going back

This is the first time trying this location. Everyone was friendly enough. However, the food was over cooked. I ordered the Mushroom Burger $4 MVP meal. The mushrooms looked burnt, the fries were soggy & had a weird taste, the apple pie was either cooked too long or sat for too long because it was hard, finally, the drink was kids sized & I wasn’t expecting that. I know it is described as value size, but normally value size is a small & not kids size. I also ordered the deep fried strawberry cheesecake bites. Like the apple pie, they were either over cooked or sat for too long. The edges were as hard as a rock. I did try to eat one & it actually got caught in my throat. I was so scared that I wasn’t going to be able to get in unloaded by myself but thankfully I finally got it. Very disappointed!!
