We sat there for over 15mns. No one but not one employee soul came to even say hi to us. We waited and waited as they kept walking pass by us totally ignoring us. We decided to get up and leave but not before letting know to a employee who was folding stuffs. Unfortunately that person didn’t even care about what we had to say neither offered any apologies
Too bad. I came all the way from Fleming Island because I had cravings for Cheddars food
Oh well we went to Texas Road next door which was outstanding

1st time here 2 weeks ago and the chicken pot pie was so delicious and the free honey butter croissant so yummy.
Great portions and the white fish too was delicious. I shall return, great service too.

I ordered buffalo chicken wrap, which I have had many times before. It was the reason we actually came today. Well, my wrap came out and it was just melted cheese on chicken tenders. No buffalo, no slaw to it, just chicken and cheese. Told the server, but never saw a manager, was never asked if I wanted it fixed, he just nodded and walked off. But the family we were with had a good meal and enjoyed themselves which is why this is 2 stars.

This restaurant has pretty good food my only complaint is that it is so busy that you have to wait 45 minutes to be seated then another 20 minutes for a waiter to find the table.
we came on a Saturday night and the food service took a very long time and apparently my food was dropped on the way to the table so I had to wait for them to make me another burger.
However, the wait was worth it as they gave me my meal for free and the food was great .

The manager Lorenzo was VERY ACCOMMODATING. Jacob the server was VERY ATTENTIVE . The atmosphere was very pleasant andTHE FOOD was Top
Notch . We had a party of 12 and Jacob was on top of everything and Lorenzo the manager made sure we all were taken care of so our night was a good one .

Dj and his Togo crew, and host were extremely rude. I sat on hold for 15 minutes and then was told i had to order over the phone. He also it was slammed and when i walked in there weren’t hardly any tables and only one car outside for Togo. Very trrribke customer service. DJ SUCKS AS A MANAGER! Really should look into getting new staff

This Cheddars slaps!!
We had a big table, our waiter was extremely friendly and knowledgeable with the menu. Poor guy had many tables but didn’t miss a beat and keep his humor. Food was A+, every plate presentation was exactly like the menu shown. I’m going above and beyond with these review bc it’s well deserved!! Thank you, for a wonderful lunch.

Had a really crappy waitress that was having a bad day, cost the place more money than was worth, should've been sent home sooner.
The staff appeared to be chaotic from the start.
Food was good, wife's chicken was drenched in sauce and had very little rice with it.
Large plate and everything was stacked at one end. Odd presentation.
