The food was amazing! Huge variety. Cold items stayed cold and hot items stayed hot. I loved how the chef came out and interacted with us the guest. After catering a wedding you expect them to be tired and not friendly but the entire staff was very pleasant. They cleaned up quickly also. I highly recommend.

John catered my 32 birthday brunch and everything was amazing! He was punctual and very professional. The food was ?? the Hennessy glazed French toast and shrimp and grits were THE BEST! My family is still talking about the food. I can’t wait to book another private event in the near future.

The entire experience was absolutely amazing. We hired him for Valentine’s 2022 and all we had to do was show up. It was decorated very nicely, the food was beyond delicious and the service was great. He provided a specialty cocktail the set the tone for the evening. I would highly recommend booking a private experience. We are very satisfied.

Chef John Cartel provided private chef services in our home for a surprise graduation dinner for my husband and I and it was nothing short of amazing! I was able to book in advance and chose a customized menu. The food was flavorful and it was such a wonderful experience to have a chef prepare your meal in your own kitchen! Highly recommend!

Valentines 2K21 was so made so special and romantic. I requested Chef John to cater for my honey in orlando and with no hesitation he made it happen. The food OMG ! was sooooooooooo delicious it caused us to go to sleep early lol. But I wouldn't change anything that night for the world. His Private dinners are a most! Ill do it all over again.
